About this property

Holiday house in a quiet street and close to the beach and close to the center of Schagen. The house, at the side of our house has a living room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom with bunk beds and wash basin, a shower room with toilet. The living room has a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 people with thick mattress. The bed is very easy to build. It give a free wifi Internet connection. On the terrace there are garden chairs with sunshade. One can in this very long terrace enjoy the sun. We have many years of very satisfied guests.

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung

Es handelt sich um eine schöne kleine Ferienwohnung mit netten Gastgebern in guter Lage. Alles Nötige ist fußläufig zu erreichen. In 5 min Entfernung ist ein Albert Heijn, bei dem auch Deutsche eine Bonuscard bekommen. Stadt und auch Strand sind in ca 10 Minuten erreichbar. Das Städtchen ist klein, aber sehr nett mit guter Eisdiele, Pizzeria, Cafés, Fastfood und anderen Restaurants und kleinen Läden. Im Sommer gibt es Trampoline für die Kinder (4 Minuten für 5 Euro). Die Wohnung ist nicht groß, hat uns aber zu viert gereicht. Es ist alles so, wie beschrieben und wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Die Betten waren bequem und sogar schon bezogen bei Ankunft. Wir hatten leider Pech mit dem Wetter und haben daher einige Ausflüge in die Umgebung gemacht, da es sonst doch nicht so viel im Ort gibt (bei schlechtem Wetter!). In Alkmaar gibt es ein schönes Schwimmbad und man kann auch gut shoppen oder zum Käsemarkt. Egmond aan zee ist auch sehr schön. In Den Helder gibt es eine Bowlingbahn. Einen Tag sind wir mit der Fähre nach Texel gefahren (sehr günstig für eine Fähre), dort gibt es eine Robbenaufzuchtstation. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne noch einmal bei gutem Wetter dort!

Einfache Ausstattung, Gute Lage, Netter Vermieter

Wir (2 Erw. + 4 Jähriges Kind) haben eine Woche diese Unterkunft gemietet. Einfache, saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Sehr bequemes Schlafsofa und auch die Matratzen im Hochbett sind sehr gut. Das Dusch-WC ist sehr klein und eng. Dusche mit Temperaturregler. Das Waschbecken befindet sich im Hochbettzimmer (Tipp an die Eltern, nehmt eure Zahnbürsten mit, wenn ihr das Kind ins Bett bringt) Herr Kruit ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Er wohnt im vorderen Haus. Die Kommunikation war gut. Er hat uns mehrmals Eis angeboten und nach Abreise, hat er uns kontaktiert, das er ein Spielzeugauto von unserem Sohn beim reinigen gefunden hat. Da wir noch vor Ort waren, konnten wir es persönlich abholen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist Top. Ausreichende Parkplätze vorhanden und ca. 5-10 min zu Fuß in der Stadt. Es gibt ein schönen Spielplatz in der Nähe und auch der Weg zum Strand ist zu Fuß möglich. Die Terrasse ist schön und man hat lange Sonne. Zudem ist eine Leine gespannt, an der man die Handtücher trocken kann. Zusammengefasst waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden wiederkommen.
