About this property

The more than 350-year-old former Montafon mountain farm is located at 1140m above sea level above Schruns in the Montafon in a unique, secluded location. The former mountain farm offers space for up to 12 people.

The breathtaking panorama offers the right ambience for everyone who is looking for peace and relaxation, far away from the hectic everyday life, at any time of the year. The large fenced patio is ideal for dog owners. Dogs are very welcome and live free of charge. Despite our idyllic, secluded location, we can be reached by car all year round.

The guest area extends over 2 floors and has 5 double rooms, 1 small additional room with double bed, 2 showers, 2 toilets, 1 bath/toilet, 2 complete. equipped kitchens and 1 lounge with satellite TV.

Our guest house is heated with a modern pellet system supported by 14m² solar panels. All water consumption is supplied by the in-house spring.

We are open all year round and our house can be booked in different categories.

Whether as self-catering accommodation, for those who like to be undisturbed, or as accommodation with breakfast. We are happy to adapt our offer to the wishes and requirements of our guests.

Super Unterkunft

Eine Ferienhaus was keine Wünsche offen lässt!

Wir (6 Erwachsene und vier Kinder von 2 bis 10 Jahre) waren über den Jahreswechsel im Ferienhaus von Natascha und Jürgen. Schon bei der Anfahrt konnten wir das herrliche Panorama genießen. Bei Ankunft waren wir einfach baff, super Lage, hervorragende Sicht auf Schruns im Tal und rundherum gigantische Berge. Der Empfang von Natascha und Jürgen war mehr als herzlich, irgendwie fühlten wir uns gleich familienzugehörig. Die Räumlichkeiten in den mit viel Liebe sanierten Holzhaus sind in einem top Zustand und picobello sauber. Die Gastfreundschaft der Besitzer war grandios, an jedem Tag wurden wir irgendwie überrascht, entweder durch einen selbst gebackenen Nußkuchen, durch selbst gebackenes Brot, durch ein selbst gemachtes Holunderschnäpschen oder auch die Einladung zum abendlichen Glühwein an der Feuerschale, um nur einiges zu nennen. Die Kommunikation mit Natascha und Jürgen über WhatsApp erfolgte problemlos, kleinere und auch größere Wünsche wie z.B. das einkaufen für den Folgetag werden prompt erfüllt, übrigens ohne jeglichen Aufpreis. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder. Noch einmal ganz lieben Dank an die außergewöhnlich freundlichen und netten Gastgeber.

Vielen Dank für die schöne Woche in den Bergen

Als große Gruppe mit 3 Kindern und einem Hund war es gar nicht so leicht, ein schönes Ferienhaus für unsren Urlaub in den Bergen zu finden, aber es hat geklappt und hier ist es: Das Gästehaus Schrunsblick ist perfekt für größere Gruppen mit den vielen Schlafzimmern und dem großen Essbereich. Sogar im Außenbereich gibt es einen richtig großen Tisch an dem alle Platz finden. Natascha und Jürgen sind super nett und jederzeit erreichbar für Fragen rund um das Haus und die Aktivitäten im Montafon. Sie wussten genau, wann welche Bahn fährt und wo es die schönsten Wandertouren mit Kindern gibt. Der Pool mit dem Ausblick auf die Berge ist herrlich (aber nicht beheizt, geht nur im Sommer ;-)) und der schöne Außenbereich lädt auch mal zum Verweilen an der Hütte ein.Für die Kinder gibt es ein Planschbecken und ein Trampolin und Jürgen hat sogar am letzten Abend ein Lagerfeuer gemacht. Besonders toll fanden wir auch, dass Hunde hier willkommen sind. Da der Außenbereich komplett umzäunt ist, konnte der Hund dort auch unangeleint verweilen und die Sonne genießen. Einziges Manko ist der viel zu kleine Kühlschrank! Für 10 Personen ist darin viel zu wenig Platz. Auch der zweite Kühlschrank im Partyraum ist sehr klein. Außerdem wäre es nett, noch ein paar mehr verteilte Sitzmöglichkeiten zu haben. Es gab nur drei Liegestühle für draußen und drin neben dem Esstisch keine Sofaecke oder sonstige Sitzmöglichkeit außerhalb der Balkone und Zimmer, wo man sich mal zurückziehen konnte.
