About the property

Beautiful finca in Son Macia, on the east coast of Majorca.

Countless flowers, a covered terrace with wine, pomegranate and plum tree and hibiscus and oleander can be found in this wonderful country house. For generations, the family-owned finca, 2012, the pool was created and commissioned an architect with the renovation of the interior. The result is a comfortable, stylish holiday home, which also fits perfectly into the traditional Mallorca, as to the needs of its guests.

A wide, covered with rubble stone terrace you come to the house. A dining table stands in the shadow of two old vines.

From the terrace in front of the farm you go down some stairs to get to the 9-meter swimming pool. Modern Sun beds are on the one hand, a valley with almond and olive trees, on the other side. The views of the hills of the east coast from here is amazing.

From the front you contact either the kitchen or the living room, behind a heavy wooden door, in the two-story house. The renovated rooms, with arches from the local mares, and a natural stone floor, are tastefully furnished and pleasantly cool even in summer.

Upstairs are three bedrooms, one en suite and a roof terrace, housed.

WIFI and satellite TV are installed.

Son Macia, an idyllic village among the hills lies about two miles away. At the village square there are nice cafes, a bakery and a supermarket with fresh produce around.

One of the many beaches of the east coast is approximately 15 minutes.

You will love this house and the village of Son Macia, the beaches and balmy nights on the patio miss very much ... until next year, here!

Traumhaft schöne Ferien!

Der Aufenthalt in der Finca war unvergesslich und wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Die Finca ist toll ausgestattet und entspricht den Bildern im Inserat. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt,

geschmackvoll und gut eingerichtet.

Das Grundstück ist traumhaft und sehr liebevoll angelegt.

Wir wurden durch den Vermieter Herrn Michael Burghaus sowie die Eigentümerin sehr gut betreut.

Die Eigentümerin hat uns mit einer Ensaimada, Wein und Sekt bei unserer Ankunft überrascht.

Wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin fahren.

Erholsamer Urlaub in ländlicher Idylle

Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen auf dieser ruhigen Finca in ländlicher Gegend. Man hörte nur die Schafe und Hähne der Umgebung. Vom umgebenden Grundstück konnten wir Reife Feigen, Wein, Mandeln, und Anderes ernten. Das mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Haus fanden wir vor wie beschrieben. Eine gelunge Kombination aus alten und modernen Elementen.

Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet mehr als man braucht. Von den drei Schlafzimmern verfügen zwei lediglich über eine Kommode und eine Garderobe zur Aufbewahrung der Kleidung, was von uns allerdings nicht als störend empfunden wurde. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Vom Pool aus bietet sich ein wunderbarer Blick in die Lanschaft von dem man noch lange danach zehren kann. Weiterere Pluspunkte gab es zum einen für den Vermieter der sich um alle Belange gekümmert hat und stets für die Beantwortung von Fragen zur Vefügung stand und durch den netten Kontakt zur Eigentümerin, welche schon bei unserer Ankunft durch Ensaimada , Wein und Cava für unser Wohl sorgte. Bäcker und ein Supermercado sind im nächsten Ort in ca 5 min. zu erreichen. Auch Restaurants und Bars befinden sich dort. Sehr gute Gastronomie findet man auch in Porto Colom und im Agro Tourist Son Amoixa Vell .Wir empfehlen diese Finca jedem der Ruhe und Erholung sucht.

Beautiful house with fabulous views and great pool

We had a fantastic week at this lovely house. The pictures simply do not do it justice. The house sits in beautiful huge gardens with plenty of natural shade and incredible views across the valley, with a stunning pool setting. The house is really well appointed and nicely modernised. to provide a trully comfortable stay. We would love to visit it again in the future and would recommend it to families and couples looking for a trully comfortable stay wth shops and bars within 5-10 minutes and the coast around 20minutes drive.
