We enjoyed another wonderful ski weekend in Killington at the Hibbert's lovely country home. This was our third time staying here and on top of everything we've come to love about the place, we were also gifted amazing snow conditions for the weekend. The house is so convenient for a group ski trip--with code access for the doors so no one has to carry keys. The garage goes into a mudroom which is great for dropping off gear, shoes and things so the house stays dry and orderly. Everything in the house is expertly labelled, so even if you aren't familiar with the house, you feel right at home. As usual, Diane was beyond thoughtful in all communications prior to our arrival. We enjoyed cooking in the open country kitchen, evenings by the beautiful fireplace and just waking up to be greeted by the bright winter sun reflecting off a beautiful hill of snow! We love the bedroom set up here--there is space & privacy for everyone outside of the common areas and no bunk rooms which is really appreciated when traveling with a group of adults. The perfect place to enjoy a winter getaway--we really cherish our trips here, thank you!
This house is gorgeous. The pictures do not do it any justice. I will for sure be back here next year. Hot tub was maintained. The house was fully stocked. We all slept comfortably and the fireplace was in mint condition. I would highly recommend this house to people of all types and ages.
We spent presidents weekend two years in a row here and two years in a row we have had sub zero temps. The skiing was obviously sub optimal but the saving grace was we were super comfortable with two other families in this house. We played lots of games, did lots of cooking, enjoyed the hot tub, and watched movies. It is very convenient to killington 5 minutes. We will comeback.
An amazing vacation house! Secluded, picturesque, with comfortable beds and bedrooms. The owner is also a great hostess who gave us lots of helpful information to make our stay really wonderful. Thanks Diane!
rented this house for myself and 15 of my friends (an assortment of singles and couples ranging from 25-31), and we had a great time! had a bad weekend for snow, but killington was close by and we were able to enjoy the mountain.
the house was perfect for a weekend away, with plenty of space for people to branch out and sit in smaller rooms. beds were comfortable, and the whole house was really clean and well-maintained! the hot tub was great for relaxing after a day on the slopes. the hibberts make it really easy to find anything you're looking for with really convenient labels everywhere too!
there was no snow on the ground when we got there, but could definitely see how a 4WD car was needed.
This house was the perfect place to stay on our ski trip. The owners had provided us with all the information we needed in the house, such as taxi numbers and local restaurants and sights to see. Plenty of space, very comfortable beds, extremely clean and the open fire place was a huge plus, as was the hot tub for relieving our muscles after a long day of skiing. 5/5!
