About this property

The apartment is new and modern and gives you
relaxing holiday. It is located in a quiet location on the edge of a residential area with
Homes, close to the Jasmund National Park.

The approximately 60 square meter apartment is on two floors
Attic of our semi-detached house.

It has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a 1.80 m wide
Double bed, the second bedroom are two separate
Beds.

The living room has a comfortable couch with armchairs and a flat-screen TV with digital
Satellite TV. From here you get to the south-east facing
Balcony. A wireless internet connection is available.

The bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet.

In the kitchen, a dining table with four seats, fridge with freezer,
Dishwasher, microwave with grill and convection, a two plates induction hob,
Coffee maker, kettle and toaster, also enough dishes and whatever else
is still needed for self catering.

In the spacious grounds is a parking lot for your car available.

A cot and high chair can be provided upon request (fee each 6 €).

Sehr schöne Wohnung und sehr nette Vermieter

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Familie Schmidt ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit,alles was man sich wünscht für einen schönen Urlaub.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr nette Vermieter, die Ferienwohnung ist superschön eingerichtet uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Ferienwohnung hat ausreichend Platz für 4 Erwachsene. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr saubere und ruhige Ferienwohnung

Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Sauber, vor allem sehr ruhig gelegen. Voll ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Würden die Wohnungen jedem empfehlen der keinen Trubel im Urlaub braucht.

Tolle Unterkunft

Sehr saubere und gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Alles in super Zustand. Sehr angenehm ist, dass die Vermieter im selben Haus wohnen. Sie geben gerne Tipps und Auskunft. Vermieter ist unkompliziert und auch flexibel mit der Check-in-Zeit.
