Newly remodeled 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath 1750 sq ft brick ranch house with a huge fenced back yard.

This property is new to this platform but it has been in operation since January 2020 with 50+ 5-star reviews.

Walking distance to Lakeland Cultural Arts Center and the Cryptozoology & Paranormal Museum. Two minutes from downtown Littleton and ten minutes from public boat ramps on Lake Gaston. Bedding, Towels & Essentials included. Sleeps 7 in 4 beds and 1 Sleeper Sofa. This is a great location to meet up with friends for a fishing trip or as overflow sleeping for the family reunion at your Lake House.

It is in a great neighborhood and well taken care of. The house is pet friendly. There is a pet door allowing access to a fenced yard if you chose to open it. The beds are new and comfortable. The house is well stocked.

The house was built in 1959 but has had the kitchen and bathrooms recently remodeled. Windows, doors, HVAC, roof, electrical fixtures and floors have all been updated. There is are comfort features like a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer there for your use. Starter supplies are provided . There is a nice open deck in the back with a grill and deck table. The gas for the grill is included.

Best dog-friendly rental in the area!

We had to travel to work in Roanoke Rapids and were unable to send our dogs to their nanny due to a kennel cough outbreak in our area. Gavin graciously hosted us and our 4 large dogs for two weeks with no additional cleaning fee or nightly pet rent (unlike the vast majority of Lake rentals, which adds hundreds to thousands of dollars onto the bill). Thank you to Gavin and the Up the Creek team for excellent communication and providing a safe, quiet place for dogs and their people!

We have been in the area for several decades and truly love it. The community is rural but growing. There are good restaurants. There is a vibrant theatre. There is hiking, kayaking, water sports and all the things that Lake Gaston has to offer.

Why they chose this property

Littleton is a quiet community with great access to Lake Gaston and the surrounding Eco Tourism. The house is located right next to Lakeland Cultural Arts Center offering great entertainment including live theatre, culinary and musical events. You will be within walking distance of the Paranormal Museum. Downtown Littleton and multiple venues on the lake host events most weekend evenings, all summer long.
