Great location, beautiful home, awesome host!

We celebrated my wife’s 40th in Parky City / Drew Valley and everything about the stay was awesome. Patti was super responsive, provided us with tons of info on the area and things to do, and we were also greeted by a box of chocolate and card when we arrived, with music playing in the background. It’s also walking distance from Main Street and a block away from the Park City slopes! We will be back

Satisfactory stay at park city condo overall

Patti, the owner made us feel very welcome; she communicated with us before we left Australia so we had clear instructions on how to access the property and use the heaters and appliances.

Positives included - good heating and fireplace, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer - working and in good order. Outside pool and spa was a bonus.

Negatives - the third bedroom and bathroom upstairs - the only way to access it was through

the loft bedroom & so there was a lack of privacy for those staying upstairs. The third bedroom was cold, unheated and set in the roof so that my son could not stand in parts of the room.

Also, the kitchenware, plates and glasses were not updated saucepans/frypans scratched and ancient. Cost - we Feel the accommodation was expensive - Sundance festival or not!!!

While I can’t change the physical structure of the condo my description and pictures accurately reflect the layout in complete detail. It helps a great deal if you have an issue that you bring it to my attention at the time while you are here so I can help you resolve it. While the appliances in the kitchen are all brand new, many of the utensils are less than a year old. Sundance film festival is one of the highest priced time frames of the year. Certainly no hotel would grant you the courtesy (as did I) of a late checkout of 6 pm along with an early afternoon check in (granting you an additional entire day/night) at no additional charge!. (in addition to the Sundance credentials I comped you). Thank you again and I hope you had a wonderful rest of your trip in the USA.

Fantastic Experience

We stayed with 3 adults and 3 children. Patti, the owner, was very accommodating and had great recommendations for places to eat and drink while visiting. The condo is perfect for a long ski vacation and is very close to the slopes. The hot tub and heated pool are a great way to end the day. We will be back!

Great, cozy condo for our family of 5!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. It had plenty of space for all of us and was cozy and comfortable. The newly remodeled downstairs bathroom is really nice. The condo is very close to the mountain base and it is easy to get everywhere using the free Park City bus system. Patti, the owner, was extremely personable, accessible and helpful in providing suggestions on getting discounted lift tickets and ski rentals as well as transportation to and from the airport. She also has great recommendations for activities and dining in Park City. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

warm, cozy condo with great access to park city slopes

Patti is a wonderful host. She provided some welcome treats for our late night arrival. She is clearly committed to maintaining and updating her home. Great location for skiing at Park city--easy walk to the lifts, and several bus stops steps from the condo to get downtown--and to deer valley/canyons.
