I love to ski and enjoy the summer activities. Park City is the absolute best! This was the first condo I bought in town and it was the catalyst for me to spend as much time as possible in Park City. The town can't be beat and is a wonderful place to be any time of the year, I loved it here so much I accumulated more properties and started Park City Condo Rentals LLC (All Park City Rentals / Aparkcity). location location location! This was the first property I bought in Park City and was the catalyst for me to spend more and more time in this amazing city. The location was the key reason I bought this unit but also the fact that it was a 2 bedroom plus loft made it more appealing. I completely gutted and remodeled to make the condo a cozy, comfortable, and charming home that I would enjoy staying in at any time of the year. I am so excited that I am able to share this special condo with others to experience the magical town of Park City.

Great condo for ski vacation

We had a great stay in this condo for our ski/snowboarding vacation. Very close to the lifts. We had plenty of space and everything we needed in the condo: washer and dryer, table and silverware, dishwasher, detergents, etc. The owner was of big help before and during our stay. We will be back.

Great place to stay at Park City

The property was well appointed, very clean and a super place to relax after great days on the slopes. Great location for walking to slopes and running errands around town. Floor plan allows for various ways to share space or spread out. Great fireplace set a nice mood and helped dry ski clothes.

Great condo and price - short walk to slopes!

Great condo for 4 people located directly across from the base of Park City mtn and the First time ski lift. about a 3 minute walk in ski boots. Loved the location, condo, comfy beds and convenience. Can't wait to come back!

Great place, excellent location

On arrival, Patti had provided some fresh fruit and bottles of water - very welcome. The condo is well appointed with comfortable beds and good furniture, The layout is functional and the kitchen has all that you need.

Washing machine and dryer work well and are easy to use (take a moment to read the simple instructions).

The location is excellent - we walked to the base of PCMR each day, taking about 5 minutes. You can also take the free shuttle bus, the bus stop is right outside on Empire Ave. Walking into Main Street Park City is also easy, about 10-15 minutes. You can also take the free shuttle bus, again the bus stop is close by on Park Ave. This bus runs around every 8 minutes most of the day.

The Condo complex has a hot tub and pool, very welcome at the end of the day. There was a problem with the hot tub on a couple of days, and Patti was able to arrange for us to use a hot tub at another complex - very helpful.

Great location, very helpful and friendly owner, a wonderful place to stay in Park City.

Beautiful Condo and CONVENIENT

Great condo and conveniently located to just about everything! My small group had a wonderful time attending Sundance, and we were fortunate enough to be able to rent this fantastic place. If you're looking for a nice, warm place to stay for Sundance or anything else in Park City, this is the place to go!
