This One bedroom apartment which is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of house with private entrance. Located 3/4 of a mile from the greater Philadelphia Expo Center. It is furnished with all utilities included: Internet ,Cable, Electric, Water, Heat, Washer and dryer inside apartment. It has a queen size Bed with my pillow top and pillows 3Travelers max BE ADVISED; Host reserves the right to change the accommodation if for any reason the one reserved is is not available as there are six listings in the whole house. Misled

Stairs to attic bedroom sooo steep and narrow, they need a warning. AC working overtime could not cool down attic room, bathroom was unbearable. We requested a box fan but were denied. There was a half roll of toilet paper and no more. Kitchen dirty, leftover stuff from other folks, as well as debris from repairs. Does inexpensive mean sub-standard for Vrbo now. Never again. Aavoid this place.
