Perfect for bachelor party

Houses large groups and perfect location. Tiny kitchen so don't plan on cooking - but is that what you're here for?! Mike and owners were very easy to communicate with.

Prime location!

This place had the best location! We were able to walk to Bourbon and Frenchmen. The place was big enough to accommodate a bachelorette party of 11. Every person had their own bed. Mike, the property manager, was extremely responsive when something came up. Thank you for being such a great host!

Bachelorette

Our bachelorette group had such a wonderful time at this historic house. There was an ample amount of beds so that everyone present could have their own. Rooms had fans and the whole house stayed cool even during warmer temps. The kitchen suited our needs of storing food and drinks, and the occasional need to make a bagel or pizza bagel; though it was plenty set up and stocked for meals to be prepared. The living room has a very comfortable couch and some chairs for groups to gather and commune, though most of the time was spent upstairs in the large room with 6 beds, couch and chairs. The outdoor space is tucked away in back to enjoy the outdoors with tables and chairs, and shared with the other units. Mike was amazing and helped us so much whenever I had a question (and very quick to get back to me as well). Mike was also able to assist me with being flexible on check-in/check-out times, which helped our group so much and made the experience that much better. Our entire group raved about how cute the place was and enjoyed how decently close it was walking distance from our favorite places (mainly near Frenchman Street). The rental is near a busy street, which overall was not an issue at all and actually pretty nice in trying to get Ubers. However one room with two beds is at the very front of the building so it is able to hear a lot of street noise. Not at all an issue, but just noting for anyone who has a light sleeper sensitive to noise. Definitely plan to rent again.

Perfect spot

Visiting with a large group of friends and this was the perfect spot for us. Plenty of rooms and beds for all to be comfortable, walking distance to French quarter and safe locale. Kitchen is small but adequate, and main living area is sizable for lounging for the whole group. I’d stay here again without question.

Lovely stay

The location is good, we walked everywhere we wanted to go with no difficulties. The room upstairs was absolutely gorgeous and the living room area was also very comfortable. The couch just begged lounging. The downstairs shower was low, so taller people would be more comfortable with the upstairs shower, but both had good water pressure and good temperature control. The bedroom in the front tended to have noise from the street, so if you are a light sleeper, the back bedroom or upstairs is your best bet. Lovely place and glad we were able to snag it for our trip.
