Tastefully furnished bungalow for 5-6 persons with solar heated pool, outdoor jacuzzi, sun loungers, lounge, awning and parasol, 2 rooms with double bed and 1 room with a spacious sofa bed, 2 shower baths with WC, living / dining room, solar shower , Parking, bicycles, WLAN, PC and printer, washing machine and dryer, Weber gas grill, 4x Flat TV 40 'with Astra Sat, Sky receiver for v13 card available, all rooms with air conditioning and heating

The house is located in a mixed settlement with predominantly single-family houses, which are inhabited both by tourists and by local people. There is a communicative meeting of all children present on the adjacent sports ground. In the village center is a small shop for the daily needs. There are also some restaurants and a bar. In the center is also the access to the picturesque bay of Cala Pi. You will meet there on a beautiful sandy beach and on crystal clear water with its own bathing area. The bay is also liked by yachts as berth.

From the terrace you have a view of the sea through the trees. The property is completely fenced and invites you to relax.

We rent the house legally and also pay taxes in Spain.

Everything thought of - and more besides!

This super cool and super stylish villa is a perfect place to stay with everything you could need and things you hadn't even realised you would need being there! It was an easy place to relax and felt like a real little bolt hole. Kids loved the pool though would have liked it a little larger, we all enjoyed the hot tub and the layout of the house worked really well for us as a family of 4 with a teen and a 'tween'. Cala Pi itself has two small supermarkets, the larger of the two seemingly less well stocked and more expensive. There are several restaurants in the 'village' we enjoyed two of them but to be honest, we made really good use of the BBQ at Casa Blanca. The beach at Cala Pi is small and feels overcrowded due to the high sides of the cove, it had a rather unpleasant smell to the water when we were there too, but if you walk around the headland on the opposite side from where you access the beach there is a fabulous cove - no beach as such but you can swim, snorkel, fish; we even saw an octopus! We loved the nearby beach at Es Trenc, finding parking easy at the huge car park at the end of the road past the salt marshes. All in all we would not hesitate to recommend Christian's house as both a comfortable, relaxing place to escape to and a good base to explore the South East corner especially of the Island.

Gut ausgestattetes, schönes Haus und sehr gute Betreuung vor Ort!

Wir haben als Familie 9 schöne Tage auf Mallorca verbracht und dabei war dieses Haus unsere Basis bei allen Wetterlagen.

Tolle und moderne Ausstattung, ausreichend Platz und Komfort. Sowohl der Pool als auch der Whirlpool sind gut gepflegt und laden zum Erholen ein.

Durch den Eigentümer, Christian Weiß, als auch vor Ort durch Mark Hamm und sein Team, wurden wir vor, während und auch nach dem Urlaub gut betreut und beraten.

Hinweise für Verbesserungen wurden dankend aufgenommen und werden auch umgesetzt.

Für Kinder wie auch Erwachsene stehen allerlei Equipment zur Verfügung: Von Fahrrädern bis zur Tischtennisplatte, guter Grill usw.

Sollte das Wetter mal gar nicht mitspielen, dann kann man sich im Haus auch hervorragend entspannen!

Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinreisen.

Perfektes Haus für jede Jahreszeit !

Perfektes Haus , dass keine Wünsche offen lässt.

Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Lage,Betreuung....alle TOP.

Auch für den Winter, da es über eine sehr gute Heizung verfügt und der Whirlpool ist ein toller zusätzliche Luxus.

Wir kommen zu jederzeit Jahreszeit gerne wieder !

Tolles, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und hervorragend ausgestattetes Ferienhaus!

Wir haben hier eine Woche im Oktober verbracht.

Vom ersten Moment an waren wir begeistert: das Haus ist sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr umfangreich mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Beispielhaft erwähnenswert hier: beheizter Pool und Whirlpool, Rollläden mit Insektenschutz, Nespresso-Maschine... es ist an alles gedacht worden.

Die Gegend ist sehr angenehm, überwiegend Einfamilienhäuser und dadurch sehr ruhig. Die schöne Bucht Cala Pi ist wenige Minuten entfernt, dort im "Zentrum" des Örtchens Cala Pi gibt es einige Hotels und Restaurants, aber alles sehr überschaubar und angenehm, verglichen mit anderen Orten und Buchten z. B. an der Ostküste. Der Traumstrand Es Trenc ist 20 Autominuten entfernt, ein lohnenswerte Ziel.

Traumhaftes Feriendomizil

Location and access: Between Cala Blava and the urbanization Cala Pi street runs parallel to the cliffs on the imposing cliff along. Only a few houses can be found here high above the sea, only a few hotels have settled due to the lack of beaches. However Cala Pi in the municipality of Llucmajor has an idyllic small sandy bay, which can be reached from Palma directly with a public bus.

Size and infrastructure: The quiet Cala, which remained untouched by mass tourism, is surrounded around 150 meters wide on both sides by high rocks. A trail leads around the Cala and offers an ideal opportunity for swimming break at this point. In summer you can rent chairs and umbrellas, restoration, it is not. However, over a steep staircase leads to the village of Cala Pi, which offers several small restaurants and bars.

Swimming: The bay is protected and therefore offers calm waters, ideal for swimming. Also boats moored here like.
