About this property

The house was built in 2013 in traditional Greek brick construction and shearing stands on a 4500m2 large, idyllic situated plot overlooking the sea. The landscape around the house is dominated by olive groves and is an absolutely quiet location. The property is easily accessible via a paved or well-developed concrete and gravel road from our point of view with each car. After feedback from some guests a rental of an SUV would certainly not wrong.
Two bedrooms and a living room extending alongside the sea turned into a 60sqm large terrace and a 45sqm large pool with beautiful sea views. From the third bedroom and the kitchen you can enjoy equally stunning sea views. The house is tastefully furnished and allows a comfortable living. The spacious living / dining area is equipped with a fireplace. In all bedrooms there is air conditioning, which can be used as heating in winter. Before the house there is enough parking.

Eine tolle Unterkunft zum entspannen und für Ausflüge zum Meer.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne entspannte Woche. Das Meer und die Umgebung sind toll. Besonders haben wir die Aussicht beim Pool und auf der Terrasse genossen. Die Anfahrt den Hügel zum Haus hinauf ist an einigen Stellen arg holprig, so dass wir froh waren, einen Mietwagen zu haben. Aber da kann der Vermieter nichts für und sei hier nur Autotechnisch erwähnt. In Summe sehr empfehlenswert!

Alles perfekt!

Es ist alles wie beschrieben und wie man auf den Bildern sieht. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Wir wären am liebsten dort geblieben. Den Weg zum Haus finden wir nicht schlimm. Unseres Erachtens kann man diesen mit jedem Auto befahren. Wir kennen deutlich schlechtere Wege.

Ein besonderer Aufenthalt

Das Haus bietet viel Komfort und exzellente Ausblicke nach Koroni, den Messenischen Golf und die Mani gegenüber. Die Zufahrt ist speziell aber gut machbar. Aufgrund der recht großen Entfernung nach Koroni und zum Meer wird man die Strecke aber meist nur einmal am Tag fahren wollen. Der Pool ist klasse zum Spielen und um ein paar Bahnen zu ziehen (die Bilder im Inserat sind allerdings nicht ganz zutreffend, die Mosaikfliesen gibt es nicht). Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung aber sicher nicht luxuriös. Insgesamt aber ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt! Man kann wunderbar entspannen.

Ganz nach unserer Vorstellung

Wir suchten ein Haus in den Bergen, das fernab vom Massenturismus liegt und wo man einfach nur entspannen und die Ruhe genießen kann. Das haben wir mit diesem gefunden. Die Nachbarn sind weit genug entfernt, um ungestört die Zeit genießen zu können. Wer die Zwei- bzw. Einsamkeit sucht ist hier genau richtig. Die Baustelle in direkter Nähe störte ein wenig die Ruhe, aber sie wird ja irgendwann beendet sein. Der allmorgendliche Sonnenaufgang, den man vom Bett aus bestaunen kann, entschädigt dies. Auch die Anreise zum Haus, ca. 10 Minuten bergauf auf staubiger Piste, ist mehr Abenteuer, als negativ und überhaupt kein Problem. Der Besitzer des Hauses ist sehr kooperativ und hilfsbereit, es kam nie ein ungutes Gefühl auf. Alles in allem super und auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Traumhafter Ausblick

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit einem traumhaften Ausblick auf Meer und Berge. Wunderschön. Sehr abgelegen. Toller Pool. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. WIe bereits erwähnt wurde, ist die Straße zum Ferienhaus ein kleines Abenteuer. Sehr steinig und viele Löcher im Weg. Machbar, aber etwas stressig. Sonst war aber alles Andere sehr schön.
