* The new, comfy queen bed in the guest room make accommodations for a family very easy. The guest room also has a full dresser, nightstand, closet, and LCD TV. Private hallway entrance to guest bathroom and bedroom provides ample privacy!

* Luxurious Linens including sheets, bath towels, and blankets. Clean bed guarantee! This means the bedding in our condo is changed out with freshly washed linens and duvet cover for every new reservation.

* Granite counters and appliance upgrades in the kitchen with dining room seating, plus bar stools at the counter! Fully equipped kitchen (including a blender for frozen drinks). Large fridge with double doors and icemaker. Plus, pantry space for snacks and groceries.

* Complimentary beach chairs! (Seasonal March-October) 2 reserved stationary lounge chairs with cushions and umbrellas, no more carrying chairs to the beach. Plus, six additional chairs, beach umbrella, beach bag, sand toys, pool floats, binoculars, and cooler in the condo for guest use.

* We furnished the entire interior and created the rental experience with your comfort in mind, providing upscale bedding, cookware, and all the extras we could think of, including:
