• Both bathrooms have soap, courtesy samples of shampoo/conditioner/lotion and TP. There's a First aid kit in the east bathroom and a hair dryer in the other. While we provide basic sets of bathroom linens, you should bring along your own large bath and beach towels if you prefer them, and especially if you plan on being in the water a lot.

Suitability

• wheelchair inaccessibleWe have railings with both staircases into/out of the house and running along side the steps to the creek but these don't create wheelchair accessible pathways. We offer you a truly private location to enjoy with no other vacationers around - just the owners a little ways 'downstream' from the guesthouse. Families who enjoy it the most here are those who aren't looking to be entertained with water park or rental park activities. If you and your kids enjoy being outside and don't want to be surrounded by noise and a lot of people you don't know, then this is an ideal place for you. If you're ATVers or snowmobilers, the you can park your trailers on the east end of the property and drive your rigs right out onto the trail. (The township road we're on is an access link to both the ATV/dual sport and snowmobile trails.

Notes

• The mowed paths in the woods are easy to negotiate, the fire pit is close to the house and the wrap-around deck gives everyone all the room they need to spread out and relax. Lots of lawn chairs, nice picnic tables, end tables, grills and seasonal hanging baskets and planters. Fellow gardeners are going to love all the flowerbeds around the house and the gorgeous container gardening. Separate, completely-furnished screen room above the creek sleeps 2 comfortably during warmer months. No electric or water, but truly outstanding views of the creek and easy access to the water.
