The house is surrounded by trees, meadows and vines, around 700m from the famous Kaiser-Franz-Josef-Promenade (approx. 20 km long) by the sea with small cafes, restaurants and swimming opportunities.

The historic old town of Lovran with other cafes, bars and restaurants is also within walking distance (only about 20-25 minutes).

2 bedrooms and the living room have a wonderful sea view of the Kvarner Bay, 1 bedroom has a view of the forested area at the foot of the Ucka massif (1401m high) in which there are also numerous hiking opportunities.

The apartment, furnished by German owners, is on the 1st Located on the first floor (used by the owners themselves) and has a separate entrance. The approximately 140 square meters of living space include 3 double rooms. Of these, 2 rooms each have their own shower and toilet. The third bedroom is opposite the spacious bathroom with bath and toilet.

A modern kitchen, dining room, living room (with satellite TV), storage room and a large hallway also belong to the apartment. W-LAN (free) and telephone are also part of the extensive equipment

All bedrooms and the living room have a balcony.

The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Unfortunately pets are not allowed.
