It consists of a living-dining room with a built-in kitchenette, two bedrooms (all mattresses new since December 19, 2017), a bathroom and offers space for four people. In front of the large glass front of the living room is the south-facing, partially covered balcony with table, chairs and sun lounger. It is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. In the bedroom, which is separated from the living room by a door, there is a double bed and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom can be reached via a staircase to the attic, which is open to the living room. It is furnished with a double bed and flat wall cupboards.
