successful combination of old world charm of the house with modern furniture

The historic farmhouse belonged to the former "bull stable", was the residence of the Swiss and then stood empty for many years. 2013, was revived by us and upstairs was a 65 square meters apartment 'crane' - without sloping walls - but with old roof beams. We have tried to link the old charm of the house with a modern style. The entrance area, the kitchen, the living room and dining area merge into each other. Only the bathroom and bedroom are separated by doors.

The large country kitchen has everything you need for self catering, stove, dishwasher, fridge freezer ... Table with 4 chairs.

In the living room there is a spacious living area to lounge watching TV.

You sleep in a double bed and have a large enough closet space for clothes.

The huge bathroom is equipped with a large spa shower, vanity unit with plenty of storage space and radio.

The 75m² apartment has außerdm a storeroom.

Towels and linen service are also available.

If you want to have TOTAL holiday also from the cooking pot can have breakfast at 10m away restaurant for 7 EUR / person and treat yourself to lunch and dinner with traditional cuisine or relax outside after a busy day in the beer garden and mingle with other guests.

So you can enjoy the comforts and independence of an apartment without compromising on service and contact with other people.

Eine der schönsten FeWo, die wir in 20 Jahren hatten!

Die FeWo war mindestens so schön, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Sie wirkte noch viel größer, als die angegebenen 65 qm. Optischer Eindruck, Ambiente, Sauberkeit und umfangreich ausgestattete Küche (inkl. Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, 4er-Kochfeld, Backofen, elektr. Brotschneidemaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und sehr viel Geschirr!) erleichterten die Ferien. Die Wohnung wirkte auf uns wie eine eigen genutzte Wohnung, nicht wie eine klassische FeWo. Unsere Gastgeber lernten wir in einem Telefonat sowie am Tag unserer Abreise persönlich kennen. Alles sehr unkompliziert. In jedem Fall eine klare Empfehlung. Auch der ruhige Standort Klausdorf (12 km nördlich von Stralsund) ist für Ausflüge nach Zingst-Darß-Fischland, Stralsund und auch Hiddensee gut geeignet.

The apartments are located on the grounds of the Landhotel 'to Crane' in a quiet position, directly surrounding the Baltic Sea Cycle Route by scenic countryside. The municipality Klaus village is directly adjacent to the National Park 'Boddenlandscape'. Right next to it is the "Vorpommernhus" the cultural center of the town, where there are often held information sessions on the environment of the community Klaus village on the crane resting place National Park 'Pomeranian Bodden Landscape', concerts and exhibitions.

The 'civilization' is within reach. Stralsund and its attractions, wellness and sports facilities is only 12 km away. You can go shopping in Prohn - 4km away. A bus stop is within sight, if you want to leave the car.
