Located in Basina bay that invites you to merge with nature, dive in pristine clean sea or just stare at starry skies. With beaches just 50 meters away, you will enjoy true Mediterranean feel. Quiet atmosphere, sunshine every day and beautiful picturesque nearby towns to explore. Can it be any better?

The apartment is on the second floor and it has two levels and it's own entrance.

The first level has a living room with a kitchen and a dining area designed as an open concept. It has a big terrace and a lot of sunlight. Enjoy your morning coffee with gorgeous sea view. It also includes a bathroom and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and a second one has two single beds.

The second level is a spacious attic with a lounge area, a queen size bed, master bathroom and terrace for a nice afternoon chill.

The apartment is fully equipped for you to have a relaxing holiday. Air conditioning and fans, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine, we also provide linen and towels for home use.

Behind the house you can find a homemade barbecue spot. Parking space is included.

Vacances reposantes en famille

Nous avons été tres bien accueillis. La maison est tres confortable et tres bien placée avec une superbe vue sur la baie de Basina. La baie de Basina est tranquille et idéale pour nager et plonger depuis les pontons. Nous avons eu l'impression que seuls les residents venaient nager dans cette baie donc il n'y avait pas trop de monde. C'etait tres appreciable. Proche il y a les villes de Hvar, Stari Grad, Vrboska à ne pas louper. Basina est située à 15 min du port de Stari Grad qui fait la liaison avec Split en ferry ce qui est pratique.

Excellent!

We loved this place in Basina. The apartment was beautiful with stunning views and lots of delightful details. It really felt like home. The hosts were helpful with our needs and respectful of our privacy. I will 100% recommend staying here and will be back for sure.

Idéal

Tout est encore mieux que ce que l’on voit sur l’annonce : la vue à couper le souffle, la situation géographique parfaite au calme d’une baie familiale mais à moins de 10 minutes de plusieurs villes/ports, l’appartement lui-même aménagé avec beaucoup de goût, très bien équipé (cuisine, bons lits) et cette vue, un rêve ! On descend quelques marche et on se baigne dans une eau magnifique. Nous avons visité plusieurs autres sites mais avons chaque fois préféré Basina où nous étions. Propriétaires adorable. Peut être un des rares endroits où nous aurions vraiment envie de revenir .

Traumhafter Urlaub direkt am Meer

Wir haben einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in der ruhigen Bucht von Basina verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Schon beim ersten Betreten fühlt man sich wie zuhause. Durch den atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer, den man sowohl vom Wohnraum im ersten Stock, als auch vom Elternschlafzimmer im zweiten Stock genießen kann, wird man sofort in Urlaubsstimmung versetzt. Über ein paar Stufen ist die Bucht in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Man kann dort direkt ins Wasser springen oder mit dem SUP die Buchten im Umkreis erkunden. Maja und Plamenko sind wunderbare Gastgeber: sie sind jederzeit erreichbar, geben wertvolle Tipps und sind äußerst hilfsbereit. Es lohnt sich, Fahrräder mitzubringen oder auszuleihen. Die Insel Hvar verfügt über gut beschilderte Radwege. Man kann diverse Radtouren direkt von der Ferienwohnung aus starten - auch die Strände von Vrboska sind sehr gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Wir hoffen, dass wir bald wieder einen Urlaub an diesem wunderbaren Ort verbringen werden!

Gefühlvoll, persönlich eingerichtetes Haus, nette Gastgeber – sehr schön auch im Herbst

Was soll man nun schreiben, wenn schon so viel positives und nettes geschrieben wurde? Man nur kann sagen: Ja, es ist ist so. Wir stimmen voll und ganz mit dem überein, was geschrieben wurde. Es ist auch alles so wie auf den Bildern. Quasi WYSIWYG: „What you see is what you get“ Wir kennen Hvar ein bisschen und waren auch schon einmal 2006 in Basina. Damals, als wir die Treppen hinunter zum Strand gingen, ist mir ein blaues Gittertörchen mit anliegender schöner Terrasse aufgefallen. Nett, dachte ich mir: hier hat sich jemand Mühe gegeben und eine kleine Oase erschaffen. Es war das Törchen zum Haus von Maja und Plamenko. Dabei sind es im Prinzip zwei Häuser. Im Haus versteckt so noch ein Haus. Vermutlich ein altes Fischerhaus, von denen man noch ein paar in und um Basina finden kann. Sehr schön ist es in den Neubau integriert worden. Die alten Holzläden sind noch vorhanden und eine alte Bank steht davor. Sitzt man darauf, blickt man über die Multifunktions- Küchen-Essraum-Openkonzept-Terrasse hinaus über die Bucht aufs Meer. So wie es die Fischer früher vielleicht auch gemacht haben. Auf zwei alten Fotos kann man es sehen, wie das „innere“ Haus früher ausgesehen hat. Überhaupt ist die gesamte Gestaltung des Hauses sehr gefühlvoll und persönlich. Man kann nette Details finden, die an die Tradition des alten Hauses erinnern, wie z.B. Korken von Fischernetzen - an einem Tampen aufgereiht, die als Deko für die Vorhänge dienen, oder Tischbeine aus alten Ruderpinnen. Geht man die Treppe hinauf, wird man von einem Steinfisch angeschaut. .. usw. ...und - ein bisschen Indien ist auch dabei. Man fühlt sich also wohl im Haus von Maja und Plamenko. Eine wichtige Voraussetzung für unseren Herbsturlaub. Man muss ja auch mal zwei Tage drinnen verbringen können. Wir hatten vier Domizile auf Hvar für unseren Urlaub in die engere Auswahl genommen. Der „Multifunktions-Küchen-Essraum-Openkonzept-Terrassenblick“ hat eindeutig das Rennen gemacht. Maja und Plamenko: Vielen Dank für Eure sehr freundliche, höfliche Gastfreundschaft.
