About this property

The Provencal style of our house fits perfectly into the picturesque surroundings. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the past in the distant hills. This comfortable home with its garden invites you to linger.

The house has about 70 square meters on one level. It has a spacious living room with fireplace and exits to the covered terrace; a comfortable fitted kitchen with electric cooker (4 ceramic hob), dishwasher, oven, washing machine and refrigerator, flat screen TV, radio and wireless.

It still has 2 bedrooms with one double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and spacious closets; a bright shower room and separate toilet; a carport next to the house and additional parking in the driveway.

All rooms are equipped with floor tiles and electric heating. Furthermore, patio furniture available.

Super atmosphere

Wunderbar, ruhige Lage, herrliche Terrasse , Schatten Platz vor dem Haus, liebevolle und praktisch eingerichtet blitzsauberes Haus. Überall Fliegengitter und die waren sehr praktisch mit der Hitze. Schwimmbad auf 100 Meter Abstand war erfrischend und selten voll obwohl wir in der Hoch Saison dort waren. Schöne Umgebung um Ausflüge zu machen. Es war eine TOP Woche

Sehr schönes Wohnambiente und gepflegter Garten, den wir nur leider wegen des heftigen Regens nicht so nutzen konnten. Aber in Summe haben wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub verlebt.

Maisonnette bien conçue, très bien équipée, située au calme d’une jolie résidence avec piscine tres bien entretenue , à proximité d’un beau golf. Annonce fidèle. Séjour très sympa dans une belle région. 😀😀
