Across the street, relax or play in the grass fields of the Martineztown city park. The Martineztown park is home of the sculpture, Southwest Pieta by Luis Jimenez.

Former President Bill Clinton dedicated this statue as a national treasure. This treasure stands just outside the door of the townhouse.

Within walking distance, visit the historic church built in 1889 and Manuel's Food Market established in 1925. Manuel's Food Market, known as 'Manuel's' is well stocked with basic grocery needs such as eggs, milk, bread, and a variety of snacks.

Then, ride the New Mexico Rail Runner Express. This train services Santa Fe and other outlining areas. The main train station is 1 mile from the townhouse.

This condo is in the center of New Mexico's famous tri-cultural atmosphere. Museums are conveniently located two miles away.

So named The Harry Potter House, this townhouse offers a secret, whimsical room under the stairs.

Completely remodeled, the unit has a full kitchen, washing machine, clothes dryer, large master bedroom with walk-in closet, guest bedroom large enough for two twins or one king bed, large dining area, living area, and two bathrooms.

The unit has a private, large two-car garage available to the guest.

In addition, high speed WIFI extends throughout the condo.

We do allow pets. The quarry tile floor throughout the unit lends to thorough clean up after pets. The private yard is surrounded by block walls which provide a safe place for pets.

Young children also benefit from the safe, enclosed yard. When they wish to explore beyond the safety of the private yard, there is a city park with playground equipment.

The owner thought of everything. The codes for getting in were easy enough, having a garage was a plus. the kitchen had staples which helped. The location was wonderful, and I enjoyed the park across the road. I put the fire pit to use and on the chilly night it was a blessing. The queen size bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows, there was a washer and dryer, plenty of toilet paper and soaps. We don't do stairs well but we managed. There was even a vacuum cleaner.

Great Location, Perfect for Our Pets Too

This condo is in a great location next to the hospital, across the street from a nice park and there is easy access to highways. We had two elder dogs with us and the courtyard backyard was perfect for us and them. The condo is cute and we felt safe here. Having codes for the doors rather than keys worked out well for us. We had everything we needed and spent a very happy month (April) here. Our only complaint would be that the bed was too soft for our aging bodies. The garage was icing on the cake; it was nice to have a place that was indoors to park, so we didn't feel like we had to empty the car each night. I recommend this Harry Potter House (cute little room under the stairs)!

Owner's Response: Thank you for taking the time to write a review. There are three options for the bedding - soft, medium, and medium - hard. The king bed is provided with a 2" foam topper which some guests have requested in the past. The foam topper provides a softer feel. The topper can be removed to offer a medium mattress. If that is not acceptable, the two twin beds are combined to provide a medium-hard larger than king bed. The same concept applies to the twin beds. Foam toppers can be added or removed for the guests comfort. Every guest has a slightly different request. We aim to keep everyone comfortable and happy. Please contact me during your stay to adjust any mattress situation.

I didn't get the Harry Potter thing at first until my kids explained it to me - clever.

Beautiful and comfortable

We loved the view of the building when we drove up, very appealing to the eyes. The inside was very beautiful, comfortable, relaxing and quiet. Very little street noise, the bedrooms were spacious and welcoming after a long drive. We found everything we needed to prepare meals and to make coffee, the size of the fridge was a surprise and wonderful, filled it with cold beverages, ha ha ha. The patio was a wonderful place to sit and relax, we found the air to be pleasant and enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings listening to the peaceful sounds of the city as the day came to an end.

Perfect stay

Everything works. High end appliances. Nice neighborhood with a park at the front. Easy entrance from the front door and also from the back garage. All doors open with number entry key pad. Very relaxing stay in Albuquerque. Anissa responded every question very quickly and thoroughly. A page instruction sheet on the dining table upon check in had everything I needed. One of the best vacation rental experience.
