This is this first unit in a complex of 3 duplexes and is a secluded, end unit, beautiful 3 bedroom + loft, 2.5 bath, 2000 square foot town home. With cathedral ceilings, river rock fireplace and new furnishings this town home has all the luxuries of home and then some. For additional guests you can rent the other end of this complex a nice 2 bedroom listing #219951.

The magnificent views of the 5th fairway and mountain range can be seen out of the kitchen, living room, dining room, master bedroom, queen bedroom and loft of this gorgeous home.

The master suite has it's own private deck entrance that looks out to the 5th fairway and the mountain range beyond. The master bath has a floor to ceiling tiled, walk in, double headed shower and Jacuzzi tub. There are his and hers vessel sinks with granite counter-tops and a walk in closet.

The second and third bedrooms are upstairs and have a queen bed in each. Also upstairs is a full bath with double vessel sinks, granite counter top and tiled shower/tub combo.

The loft area also has a beautiful view of the golf course and mountain range beyond. There is a desk space with office chair, as well as an additional big screen television with satellite cable included. The loft area also has a double sleeper sofa.

The great room is just that. With huge windows to watch the wildlife that is abundant on the 18 hole golf course in every season, or watch the golfers, or just watch the mountains grow, this is the place to gather. There is plenty of room for everyone to sit, dine, and cook in this wide open space.

The kitchen is a full kitchen with upgraded appliances, granite counter tops and hickory cabinets. You will have all the necessities for cooking and dining for 8. The dining area has a granite top table that seats 6 comfortably with or without the leaf provided. There are 6 chairs and 6 extra bar stools for the breakfast bar so everyone can eat together.

Beautiful, huge secluded deck with gas bbq grill and seating for 4 at the table and 4 on the park benches.

This end unit town home has all the privacy of a cabin in the woods, with all the amenities of being close to town. There is a walking path that will take you to:

Shuttle operates through the summer season.

Incredible week in Estes

This was our first time in Estes and we could not have enjoyed our stay more! The property owner Michele is a super fast communicator, checking in ahead of time and making sure we had everything we needed. We spoke a couple times before the visit changing dates and asking questions and she could not have been more accommodating! The house is spectacular, sitting directly on the 5th hole at Estes park golf course. Simply walk off the back porch and onto the walking path along the course! Even if you do not golf you’ll love the location off s st Vrain which connects to the heart of downtown Estes! We saw Elk daily on the course, they are like domestic pets and just park themselves right on the green! They do not obstruct your ability to play, though, so no worries there, they’ll move when they need to! The golf fees are extremely reasonable and we played almost every day. The course is pretty tight so hit ‘em straight and enjoy the most incredible views in Estes! Hiking and restaurants are just minutes away. As for the house: teenagers had their own space upstairs with plenty of room to spread out and the downstairs was roomy for all four of us. We loved the vaulted ceilings and the amazing breeze coming from the back, we kept the back door open and front windows and bedroom windows open and the house was super comfortable temp-wise. I have one child that “runs hot” 24/7 and she had zero gripes! The house, beds, bedding, pillows, towels, and were immaculately clean!

Private home quiet neighborhood

Great house good bones .Rugs worn out and looked dirty. Kitchen good cooking supplies Soaps offered and not in some baths unusable. Please pay attention to the little things. Welcome basket , with snacks or water and fruit are a good sign after long journey. Ive stayed in many rentals and could rate this 6 or 7 could be 10 with a little more effort. Thanks for sharing .

Best place to stay in Estes Park

We've been to Estes Park a few times and this has been our favorite place that we have stayed at. The place was very clean, very nice decor, and very spacious. Just a short drive from town and 10-15 minutes from RMNP. Michelle was a great host and made sure we enjoyed our stay. also, an added bonus that the unit has a garage which was very handy during our stay with some cold temps.
