This Completely Upgraded condo is Ski In/Ski Out with only 100 Steps to the Quick Silver lift and the Breckenridge Ski and Ride School at the Base of Peak 9 (no streets to cross or buses to wait for). The heart of historic Main Street Breckenridge is less than One Block away.

ALL THE COMFORTS OF HOME

With Ski In Ski Out access to the base of Peak 9 and the Quick Silver lift, you can Ski Home for lunch or hot chocolate. During the summer, you'll be just a short one block walk to all the great summertime activities along Main Street. The Kitchen is Fully Equipped, including the little extras like a Coffee Maker, Coffee Grinder, Crock Pot, ice maker, cookware, bake ware, utensils, spices, place settings for 12, and more. You can take a dip in one of the Four Onsite Hot Tubs to sooth your weary muscles. Kids of all ages have access to the Fitness Center which includes an Indoor/Outdoor Heated Pool, Dry Sauna and Steam Room. There's even an onsite ski equipment rental shop on the plaza level of our building - and the Breckenridge Ski and Ride School is just across the Plaza in the Maggie Building.

When you've finished your daytime adventures, enjoy the Comfort and Conveniences of home. There's a 42-inch LCD HDTV with DVD/VCR player in the living room, a 31-inch LCD HDTV and DVD player in the King Bed Master Bedroom suite and a 26-inch LCD HDTV and DVD player in the Queen Bed plus twin pull-out Guest Suite. There's even a DVD Library right In the Condo. If you've already seen our selection, video rentals are available in the lobby of the Resort. There are Board Games and Books for your pleasure, too. There's Room for everyone to kick back and relax in the great room; even a Cozy Gas Fireplace to warm your toes after a long day of skiing and adventure.

When it's time to sleep, rest assured the Beds are Comfortable and include High Quality Linens. In the Master Bedroom Suite, with access to the balcony, there's a King bed, with a View of Peak 9 and the Quick Silver lift. In the Guest Bedroom Suite, there's a Queen bed and a twin memory foam pull-out. Both bedrooms have their own Full Bathrooms that have been Completely Upgraded with Granite and Tile Surrounds. In the great room, you'll find the 4th bed: a Queen Sleeper Sofa, with a Plush Upgraded 5-inch mattress. High Quality Linens provided, with soap, tissue, and starter sizes of shampoo and conditioner.

We live, work and play right here in Colorful Colorado. We live just outside the Denver metro area, about a 90 minute drive from Breckenridge. We're avid skiers and outdoor enthusiasts. We would be happy to provide all sorts of ideas on how to enjoy everything that Breckenridge has to offer. Our condo is professionally managed with a personal touch by owners who care!

Beyond the skiing in the winter, and Summertime Outdoor adventure, Breckenridge is a real town with real people and tons of fun things to do for everyone. Our condo boasts the 'to die for' location within the town of Breckenridge. We're at the base of Peak 9 and only one block to hisoric Main Street Breckenridge.

Our Great Breck Condo will be your home away from home during your stay. The tastefully appointed rooms provide the feeling of being in a luxury mountain retreat. Our condo was recently remodeled and has brand new bathrooms, beds, carpets, modern appliances, quality cabinets and new furniture throughout. Within our complex, our guests have access to an indoor/outdoor heated pool, four hot tubs, a complete fitness center with a sauna and steamroom. Come stay with us and enjoy everything Breckenridge has to offer!

Perfect For Us!

This condo was perfect in so many ways. You can't beat the location in terms of reaching the slopes, and a very short walk to the main street. We parked the car when we arrived, and never had to use it. The condo itself is also very cozy and lovely. Many thumbs up for the fireplace/rocking chairs/comfy couch/soft blankets. The two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the condo, which was great for us. Definitely gives privacy. The kitchen was also stocked with enough basics that made cooking there very enjoyable. I also loved the fact that we were right on the Quicksilver Super 6 lift, since I practically lived on Peak 10 ❤️- but it was also very easy to reach other parts of the mountain.

Ideal Location/Excellent Accomodations

The condo was a block from several ski lifts which made access to the mountain a breeze. It was also a block from the Irish Pub and the Brewery which were equally important destinations. The only reason we needed a car in Breckenridge was for the drive to the grocery store. Furthermore, the condo was well maintained and the kitchen was well equipped.

Great Location with all amenities

Stayed 4 nights in this Breck condo and had a great time. Lifts are just a short walk across the plaza which made it easy to get on the mountain for a full day of skiing. Condo was very comfortable for 4 adults with a great view of the mountain and a fireplace to warm up by at the end of the day. Main street was just a short walk away with lots of shopping and restaurants which was a plus for the one person in our group who didn't ski. We had a rental car but never used it once we got to the condo. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Breckenridge. This was our first trip to Breckenridge and Angela was very helpful with planning our trip.

Great location

Property had a great location and very easy to get to the lifts. Hot tubs were nice after a long day of skiing, just make sure you get to them early, they fill up fast with several other buildings sharing them.

Condo was nice and well stocked. Really nice to at least have spices available. We would rent again.
