There's nothing better than Sugarbush! You can't beat the terrain, the people, or the fun you'll have here in the Mad River Valley! Make our winter home your own, while enjoying everything Sugarbush and The Mad River Valley have to offer!

It's hard to say if we have more fun in winter skiing, fall hiking and relaxing, or summertime golfing! If you enjoy being outside in VT and being close to everything, then our condo is right for you and your family!

This lovely North Lynx condo has been recently updated and will comfortably sleep 6 people. It's located on the mountain at Lincoln Peak, minutes from the Base area and The Village. We are walking distance to restaurants, The Sugarbush Health & Recreation Center, a short shuttle ride (less than 5 minutes) to the base area and lifts at Lincoln Peak. Great for family getaways, we have a wood-burning fireplace, and a full-sized washer/dryer combo—cable, Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV.

Great location, comfortable for 4 adults

If it weren't for the check-in hiccup I would give this place five stars. We never received the check-in code from the owner and he was unreachable for an hour and a half while we waited to get in and prepare for our dinner reservations. Very frustrating. Once he did respond he apologized profusely and offered us late check out, so it was made right. Just wish it hadn't started on this annoying note. Otherwise, the property itself is cozy, has all amenities you'd need, and is super close to the Sugarbush base area. The shuttle picks you up two minutes from the door and is very reliable. My husband, sister, and brother in law had a wonderful ski weekend here and would happily retu
