Beautiful 2 Bedroom 2 Bath privately owned Regal Beach Club Condo located right on World Famous Seven Mile Beach. The Front unit in second building, affords an oversize view balcony, with views of pools, lush tropical gardens, palm trees and the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. A memory foam King Size bed in the master bedroom will have you sleeping like a king after a fun day in the sun. Fully equipped kitchen, with all linens, bath and beach towels.

Private, yet conveniently located in the center of 7 mile beach for walking to restaurants and shopping. Water Sports rentals right next door, on the beach. High Speed Internet, Fkat screen Tvs in each bedroom nd living room.

5 minute walk to Camana Bay with upscale shopping, gourmet dining, coffee shops, ice cream shops, deli's, views of the North Sound, 3 story scenic overlook and Stadium seating movie theater.

You will be greeted by our personal property manager who will assist you with suggestions about restaurants and excursions.

Inside the Condo: This second floor Condo provides you with beautiful views of the sea and sunsets. The condo is fully equipped with all your needs. Housekeeping is included, beach towels provided. Washer/Dryer inside the unit. Free Wireless Internet service. Flat screen televisions with library of VHS and DVD's.

Close to Everything: The condo is centrally located on 7 Mile beach and walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Water sports rentals are located right next door. Dive and snorkel operators offer courtesy pick up right at the condo. Take a day trip to Rum point, visit the Turtle Farm, swim with the dolphins, take a stroll through the Botanical Gardens or drive the island and be sure to stop at the blowholes along the South Side. We will be happy to give you our suggestions to make your vacation the most it can be!

Perfect Villa with all the Amenities

I run a multi million dollar vacation rental property management company. When I go on vacation I am a tough customer! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! The master bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever enjoyed on a vacation. The location is outstanding. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. The setting is quiet and relaxing. The villa was perfectly clean and the local property manager was a delightful resource. You cannot go wrong with a stay here. I will look forward to returning to this slice of paradise. Thank you very much Donna and Gary for exceeding all my expectations and for sharing your lovely vacation home with us!!!

This condo is beautiful and is the perfect location. Awesome view. Jennifer was there for our arrival and was so helpful. Only negative is advertised hot tub. It it not a hot tub...just jets. That would have really been nice at night....we will definitely be back....

Great Cayaman Vacation

Perfect location on 7 mile beach. If you are trying to decide where to stay...this is it. Spacious, clean condo with a beautiful beach next door to the Marriott with, unfortunately, its very small crowded beach. We did enjoy Marriott's restaurants and bars. They have a wonderful staff. Everywhere we went the people were so nice and helpful. We stayed the week of December 30th. New Year's Eve on the beach was incredible! Fireworks everywhere. One huge party! No need to go anywhere..kids young and old were having a great time . Walk to restaurants, Camana Bay...or grab a taxi from the line of drivers in Marriott's parking lot. There are many great restaurants and activities in the Cayman. Snorkeling is amazing but don't miss the Crystal Caves. We are a family of four with two college aged kids. Everyone was very happy with the Regal Beach Club and our property manager was wonderful. I would go back

Property was just as beautiful as described.

Magnificent Ocean Views were spot on. Property was just as pictured. Jennifer the property manager met us upon arrival, gave us lots of info about the island and where to go for diving, food, etc. She was wonderful. Answered her phone immediately for any questions.The condo was beautifully decorated bright and airy, master bed was just perfect and comfortable , black out blinds let us sleep in. My family truly enjoyed the screened in porch with the ocean view. Couch and chairs were comfortable. Lots of beach chairs on the beautiful beach. Condo was stocked with books, dvd's, games, beach toys, snorkel equipment , sun tan lotion, bug spray, kitchen stocked with tons of pots and pans, tupperware, cookie sheets, wine glasses, mugs, salad bowls and much more. Regal Beach property was very well kept and beautiful. It was quiet and quaint. Just a short walk to the Camana Bay village. Walking distance to lots of restaurants/bars. The perfect place for a perfect vacation. My first time using VRBO. Thank you for delivering exactly what you promised. We will return in the future. The Wilk Family January 2018

Why Carol Sorensen chose George Town

Ideal location for privacy and views, Ideal interior layout. Front unit of second building from Ocean enables great views, an oversize view and lounge balcony, separation of bedrooms, access to balcony directly from master bedroom in addition to the living room. It is well manicured with palms and a wide variety of flowering plants. There is a whirlpool, Ocean front swimming pool, tennis, fitness room and grills, all within steps of the condo. But, the most amazing thing is the white powdery sand of the beach, going directly in the the azure waters of the Caribbean Sea!

What makes this condo unique

Perfect location on 7 Mile and within the complex. Regal Beach #523 is very well equipped! It has all the amenities of your own home. We have tried to think of everything to make your stay most comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, there is a washer / dryer in the condo for your personal use. There are 3 LCD tv's, wireless internet, books, games and a large collection of DVD's (100+) for your enjoyment. We even have beach toys for the kids! Not to mention high quality bedding, bath and body works amenities and soft fluffy towels. Beach towels are provided as well. Our cleaning staff is top notch. Jennifer, our personal property manager is available for you during your entire stay on the island. She is always available to make dinner and activity suggestions. So you can kick back, relax and enjoy your island experience!

We rented #523 from the owner, and were very pleased with the facility. There were two pools, the smaller one for our toddler was ideal, and the beach was never crowded (compared with the Marriott literally next door that was lined with chairs). We never used them, but there are gas grills, tennis court, etc. to use. The only issue we faced was a mis-communication with the rental agency on where to meet up to check in, but that had nothing to do with Regal Beach, and their front desk was very helpful.



The location is perfect. Pretty much at the center of Seven Mile Beach, so pretty much no more than 10 minutes to anything on that side of the island...and only about 45 minutes to Rum Point.



Easy access to car rentals at the Avis at the Marriott next door or Andy's a few blocks up. And, the shopping center across the street has everything from a coffee shop to a burger joint to a brew pub and a nice Caribbean restaurant.



Note that there's a night club about 5 buildings north, so if you're considering other hotels in the area, that can be an issue. Also, if you have a young child, this unit didn't have any baby gear (e.g., pack n play), so we rented from Empty Suitcases and it was a smooth delivery. Finally, finedinein.com (like Grub Hub) delivers from nearby restaurants quite quickly given its central location.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival, 90 days prior to arrival for Christmas holiday bookings. Deposits are non-refundable.

Maid service is provided twice weekly for a 7 night stay (except Sundays and holidays) and again after check out. If you require maid service more regularly we can provide it at an additional cost of $35 per maid service cleaning.

A 13% Cayman Islands government tax applies to all rentals, plus service fee. Guests will also be charged for the CC fees which will be included in the total. The booking confirmation sent to you after reserving your dates will summarize your charges.

HomeAway/VRBO offers travel insurance and Damage Protection Insurance. Please contact them for further information.
