The corner-bungalow “La Alhaja” is located on a little hill with excellent sea view in the Comunidad “Florida Park”, a small estate of residential holiday homes in a quiet, park type area with a large swimming pool in the centre. The town and the beaches can be reached in 15 – 20 min. walking distance; the next restaurant is only 200 m away. The upper part has 2 bedrooms for 4 people, a bathroom and a living room with American kitchen, in total 73 sq m. The lower part has an additional apartment (39 sq m) which can also be rented, or it stays empty and closed. It consists of 1 bedroom (2 people) with TV- corner, bathroom and kitchen. In addition, there are several terraces, a carport and a subtropical garden with two small fish ponds. The house is equipped with:

central heating, Sat-TV, radio with CD-player,internet/Wi-Fi, washing machine, refrigerator, coffee - machine, microwave, toaster, several ventilators, flat-iron etc.. Pets are in general not allowed! Assistance in situ!

Very pleasant stay at la Alhaja

The villa was very clean, well set out and equipped.

The location close to Moraira, a pleasant 15min stroll to centre of town.

Klaus and Rosemarie where very good host and gave us lots of advice in our search for property to purchase, the reason we were staying at the villa

Beautiful house - relaxing holiday

La Alhaja is a lovely house with ample space for a family and additional accomodation below. The gardens are well-maintained and the perfect place to spend an evening sat overlooking the town in the valley below. With easy access to the central pool and gardens, the town itself and the beaches, it is perfectly placed for a relaxing holiday by the sea. The service is outstandingly friendly and reliable, so much so that this was our second visit La Alhaja and I am sure that it will not be long before we are back again!

Wonderful week in Moraira

The bungalow is situated in a nice and quiet area. It was well cleaned upon arrival, and in a good condition. The location is excellent, only 1- 1,5 km to the town and beach, the Florida park community pool only a very short walk away. The balcony view over Moraira bay is stunning !

We also rented the downstairs apartment which is perfect if you bring teenagers for example, who require some space of their own.

Even if arriving late at night, it was easy to find, based on easy read printed directions from the lessor. Other services from the lessor was also very good, very quick in answering emails and taking a true interest in our wellbeing during the week

We would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Schönes, gemütliches Ferienhaus

Wieder einmal waren wir in dem schönen, sauberen, gemütlichen Haus in Moraira. Wir würden wieder herzlich begrüßt von den Eigentümern, die für uns auch kalte Begrüßungsgetränke bereit stellten.

Das La Alhaja bietet mit seiner Ausstattung dem Feriengast alles, was er für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Wunderschön ist der Ausblick auf das Meer mit all seinen Farben. Die Strände, der Hafen und das Städchen selbst sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar, so dass man auch mal ein Weinchen genießen kann. Wir kommen gerne auch zum 5. Male wieder in das La Alhaha. Dieses schöne Haus mit all seinen Annehmlichkeiten können wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
