Large 3 Bedroom Apartment

These fully renovated apartments are located in the district of Mitte-Tiergarten between the Spandau Shipping Canal and the bucolic Fritz-Schloss-Park. In a pre-war building which lost its ornamentation due to its turbulent history, and behind soundproof windows overlooking the canal you can find on the third floor two adjacent apartments which each offer on 85 to 88 square meters three bedrooms, a large open kitchen with dining table and a completely new bathroom. Bus lines stop right outside the door and take you in less than five minutes to Berlin's main train station and the government district. Parking is free in the surrounding area and if you want your car to be under police surveillance, you may even park it within sight of the neighboring Uzbek Embassy.

With its central location in one of the most diverse parts of the city, the accommodations provide a quiet and comfortable home for short or longer stays. Through its careful renovation, the old structure becomes visible in its stripped hardwood floors, high ceilings, large windows and white stucco walls. A tasteful mix of antique furniture and modern design also ensures comfort and convenience. Nice place to stay with a family

Nice, spacious apartment. Friendly service from owners and the man who met us. Clean and quiet - Even comfortable matresses! Subtract one star for the location - for a short stay, you might want to be closer to the centre.

Toller Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, alles genau so, wie auf den Fotos.

Die Gegend ist schön ruhig, noch frei von den grossen Touristenströmen und trotzdem in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof. Auch der sehr gemütliche Sprengelkiez in Wedding (mit guten Restaurants) ist zu Fuss perfekt erreichbar.

Der Vermieter war äusserst freundlich und antwortete postwendend auf unsere Fragen. Vielen Dank.

Kann die Wohnung und vor allem den Vermieter nur wärmsten Empfehlen!

Super und unkomplizierter Ablauf. WLAN und Internetzugang leider sehr schwach, daher für geschäftliche Reisen (wie in meinem Fall) weniger geeignet. Sehr sauber und auch bei etwaigen Problemen steht der Vermieter zur Verfügung. Fußläufig sind mehrere Supermärkte als auch Imbisse zu erreichen. Kann die Wohnung und vor allem den Vermieter nur wärmsten Empfehlen!

Altbauwohnung in Multikulti Viertel

die Wohnung ist gross und geräumig, Bad ok und auch die grosse Küche. Wir haben hier jeden Abend mit 5 Leuten gekocht, hat alles wunderbar geklappt, auch die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos, wir sind an einem Sonntag gekommen. Als Familie mit Teenagern, war die Wohnung ok. Es ist nicht weit vom Hauptbahnhof und von dort aus kann man problemlos alles Sehenswerte in Berlin mit ÖPNV erreichen. Vielleicht eines, es gibt einen "bösen" Nachbarn, der sich über zu viel Lärm beklagt, da das Haus sehr hellhörig ist. Einmal haben die Kinder etwas zu laut getobt, da stand er gleich vor der Türe.

OK, aber nichts besonderes

Die Übergabe und alles vorher war alles unkompliziert und ist problemlos gelaufen. Die Wohnung selbst war aber etwas enttäuschend. Die Fotos sahen toll aus, aber die Wohnung selbst ist wirklich nichts besonderes. Die Möbel waren alle ziemlich alt und eher wie, was man auf dem Sperrmüll findet. War alles OK...die Wohnung könnte aber mega geil sein, wenn etwas modernere Möbel drin wäre. Sonst fand ich es auch etwas unpraktisch, dass es keine U- oder S-Bahnstationen in der Nähe gibt. Mann muss entweder relativ weit lauf oder sonst Bus fahren. Andererseits hat die Wohnung den Pluspunkt, dass Parken kein Problem ist.

Situated between Lehrterstraße and the so-called 'Stephankiez', a pretty Moabite old quarter, and only a few minutes from Central Station and the Virchow Klinikum, the central location of the apartment offers both good transport links and adequate local infrastructure with a park in the immediate vicinity , a diverse gastronomy, shopping the big discount stores and shoe shop to small 24 hour corner shop and even a cultural offer (Kulturfabrik Lehrter Straße).
