About this property

Our house West Wind is located in the small and very well maintained holiday park 'de Yperhof'. The cottage is located so that you on your patio - can enjoy the sun all day - very private for others.
On the ground floor you will find a bright, tasteful living-dining area with an open gallery, a separate, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, 4-plate stove and fridge freezer, and a bathroom, which was renovated in winter 2014/2015. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms. WiFi is accessible without cost.
You are welcome to bring your pets! The property is completely fenced. Julianadorp is a haven for dog owners. Dogs are welcome here and must accompany all year masters and mistresses to the beach.
In the area there is plenty to do, so it never gets boring and children. Times should be no beach weather, so the next subtropical swimming pool is just 500 meters away. Attractive playground, a climbing park, miniature golf and Family Golf, tennis courts, horse riding and plenty of attractions complete the offer

Knus, gezellig huis

Wij hebben een week doorgebracht in dit knusse gezellige huis(je). Alles is aanwezig. Wij hebben heerlijk de haard aan gehad! Het huisje heeft vloerverwarming, ook heerlijk als het niet al te warm is. Er is genoeg te doen in de omgeving.. Ook de service is prima. Wij hadden op het laatste moment nog beddengoed en handdoeken besteld, die bij aankomst niet aanwezig waren. Maar na een telefoontje kwamen ze deze gelijk brengen. Super geregeld. Wij hebben genoten!!

Keurig vakantie huisje in ideale omgeving

Zeer goed betaalbaar, schoon en prettig vakantie huisje met eigen tuin. Ideaal met honden en kinderen. Het huisje ligt in een klein rustig vakantie park in een ideale omgeving dat voor ieder wat wils biedt.

Ein tolles Haus in einer super schönen Landschaft...konnte einzigartige Wanderungen mit meinen Hunden machen...dazu sehr schnelle und einfache Anmietung...man hat sich sehr schnell heimisch gefühlt...tausend Dank an die Vermieterin....lg

Op zich een leuke bungalow; echter wel wat onderhoudspuntjes: * Niet overal goed schoon gemaakt (zand op de bank) * Lekkende waterkoker; moet nodig ontkalkt worden. * Defecte ventilator in de badkamer. * Borrelende radiatoren; moeten ontlucht worden. * De CD speler van het audiosysteem was defect. * Verder was het schuurtje erg klein, zodat we onze fietsen niet kwijt konden; deze hebben we noodgedwongen in de huis kamer moeten zetten. * Van te voren was er een misverstand over beddengoed en keukendoeken. Volgens de websites inclusief en volgens de eigenaresse moesten die worden gehuurd (vandaar lage score bij nauwkeurigheid van advertentie). Uiteindelijk gratis gekregen. Waren niet aanwezig bij aankomst maar zijn wel na telefoontje door ons later die dag gebracht. Over het feit dat alleen Duitse zenders op TV te ontvangen waren van te voren door de eigenaresse op de hoogte gebracht. En hier waren we mee akkoord gegaan; maar lastig is het wel, zeker als je het nieuws omtrent de Corona virus wil volgen.
