About this property

Tossens is located on the green peninsula of Butjadingen in the so-called Dreiwasserland between the North Sea, the Weser and the Jade.
The holiday home 'Bi'n Blanken Hansen' is a row house right behind the dike and at the end of a quiet side street.
Beach, restaurants, snacks (delicious fish rolls!) Bicycle rental, bakery and the fun pool of a center park are within a 10-minute walk.
The house is a non-smoking house and is designed for 4 people. Pets are not allowed.
On the ground floor are the living room with exit to the terrace and garden, an open kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The living room is equipped with TV (flat screen), DVD, stereo and a dining area for 4 people. The kitchen is compact but complete with 2 ceramic hobs, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc.
On the upper floor are the two bedrooms for a total of 4 people and a loggia (glazed balcony). There is a double bed in one bedroom and two single beds in the second.
A parking space is in front of the house.
The house is not suitable for the disabled.

Kleine Wohnung in Top Lage

Es ist eine Top Lage, die Wohnung ist sehr klein und auch nur für normale Personen zu nutzen (Badezimmer ist sehr klein, Toilette direkt neben der Dusche, beides relativ eng). Die Heizung ist auch einfach laut, nichts für Geräuschempfindliche Personen. Kontakt zum Vermieter ist sehr freundlich.

Sehr schöner Urlaub!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dem Ferienhaus. Es hat alles ohne Probleme geklappt und wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir haben uns zu viert sehr wohl gefühlt, in der Ferienwohnung als auch in dem Ort und dem näheren Umfeld. Man schließt die Tür hinter sich und befindet sich quasi direkt am Strand. Fahrradverleih, Eisdiele und Essmöglichkeiten keine 5 Minuten Gehweg entfernt. Das Haus ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, man merkt aber, dass es stetig gepflegt und in Schuss gehalten wird. Wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt und unsere Kinder freuten sich über ihr eigenes Zimmer mit den zwei Einzelbetten und das zusätzliche Loggiazimmer im Obergeschoss! Sehr gerne wieder!
