Great apartment in an awesome location

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed staying at this house! Some of my family and I came to town to see our favorite baseball team play the Mariners. This house was absolutely perfect for our needs. With one giant king bed, two twins, and two couches everyone had a place to sleep. The backyard area was absolutely gorgeous - the perfect place for a morning cup of coffee (thank you to Ian for having ground coffee and a coffee maker available for our use) or nice chat - and the location was outstanding. Just a few block from the link station made it very convenient to get downtown or to the ball park, not to mention awesome breakfast places and bar just a few blocks away. All in all this was an excellent place to stay and I strongly recommend it to all!

Second time at Harrison Modern; first time in this unit. We loved it! Great floor plan, comfortable beds, spotlessly clean. And love-love-love the outside deck and patio.

Harrison Modern Unit 3

  • 5 of 5

My family enjoyed staying at Harrison Modern for our recent visit to Seattle. The location was great with walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants and the light rail system and buses which can take you anywhere in the city. The apt. was clean and comfortable with all the amenities of home. We especially appreciated the laundry room and the large refrigerator. We would recommend this property to anyone visiting Seattle and we will request it again for our next visit!!

Great location in very cool neighborhood

  • 5 of 5

We had a brief 2 night stay at Ian's unit with our three teenage daughters. Ian was at the unit when we checked in and made sure we had everything we needed which was quite nice. The unit was well stocked, had plenty of linens and towels and was very clean. The location was the biggest plus--convenient walking distance to several cool neighborhoods--we were able to walk to coffee and several of our meals. It was so nice not to be in a touristy area! And we enjoyed having some down time hanging out in the beautiful back patio. The only negative is that there is some street noise--which we didn't really mind (my teens will sleep through anything) but those who are sensitive to noise, it could be an issue. We would return to this unit for future visits to Seattle for sure!

Amazing location

  • 4 of 5

Overall excellent spot - would definitely rent again!

Pros: location is amazing, back patio is perfect on a nice day/night, everything was clean and organized. Ian dropped by a couple times and seemed great, checking to make sure we had a great stay.

Cons (just a few small hitches): Couches advertised as sleeping 5th & 6th person are not very comfortable (different from couches pictured). We also ran out of some stock items (TP) and had to buy for the place; kitchen wares are a bit worn and could use a bit more stock (felt we had to improvise a bit); and sound carries a lot on the patio so late night use - even a normal convo volume - is not recommended (be nice to neighbors!).

Still, these were just little bumps. Overall a great experience.
