This attractive and typical Provençal vacation home is quietly located in a cul-de-sac and welcomes you nestled in a Mediterranean garden with lots of charm, where you are protected from prying eyes. The property, with a pleasant traditional style interior, is located between Apt, the main town of candied fruit, and the charming village of Gargas. It benefits from a beautiful view of the Luberon. Nearby, the village of Roussillon beckons with its ochre cliffs, and the surrounding area is also lined with several villages that are officially among the most beautiful in France, such as Gordes, Lourmarin, Lacoste, and Ménerbes, in addition to fields of vines, sunflowers, and lavender. There is a beautiful water sports facility 1 km away that offers sailing or pedal boating and also has children's playgrounds and picnic areas. The landlady lives in the back of the house.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person or bring their own. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to two pets are allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open mid May - mid Oct..

Maison pas suffisamment entretenue
Maison très bien située dans le Luberon. Impasse calme. En revanche, propriété trop peu entretenue : grilles de BBQ rouillées et pleines de toiles d'araignées, abords de la piscine qui laissent à désirer, transats de bain abîmés/cassés. Jardin plein de feuilles et pas tondu. La propriétaire habite sur place derrière la porte de la cuisine qui est commune à sa partie et à la nôtre. On entend donc tout ce qui se dit... Par ailleurs la fenêtre de sa chambre donne sur la piscine, donc ce n'est pas idéal pour avoir un brin d'intimité. Enfin le ménage n'était toujours pas fini lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l'heure convenue. Je ne recommande pas ce logement.
