Delightful stone house in the charming hamlet of Bidon, which welcomes you on a plateau surrounded by vineyards. The main part of the accommodation is on two levels. Downstairs is the kitchen, from which you have access to a covered terrace. Upstairs there is a bedroom and a bathroom. In the annex, with low ceiling heights in some parts, there is a small bedroom, a bathroom and a simple living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a fireplace. From this great location it is only 10 km to the beautiful gorges of the Ardèche.

Please note that: Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Outdoor private pool on site is open April - end Septemb.. Property is located near a highway.

Il ne manque pas grand chose pour que ce soit parfait

Emplacement idéal, une multitude de choses à faire dans un rayon très faible. Nous savions que les 2 niveaux ne communiquaient pas, à réserver à des enfants un peu grands, capables de rester seuls la nuit. La piscine était un peu sale, mais nous avons eu l'explication, en lien avec la canicule. Le principal problème pour nous est l'intérieur du gîte : aucun effort n'est fait pour créer une ambiance agréable, en particulier dans la cuisine. Aucun plan de travail, très peu de vaisselle, tous les plats/casseroles sont dépareillés (plutôt comme dans un appartement étudiant que dans une location à ce prix). Tout semble avoir été fait à l'économie, dans le choix des meubles, des équipements... Pour un séjour avec un beau temps, aucun problème, mais je pense à des familles qui devraient rester à l'intérieur à cause d'une mauvaise météo, ce doit être tout simplement impossible. Un gite qui pourrait être superbe avec quelques aménagements, mais pour l'instant pas à la hauteur du prix demandé.

Petit coin de paradis

Maison atypique, scindée en 2 partie avec piscine. Machine à laver, placard avec de quoi manger (huile, pâtes, café, filtres,...) a remplir avant de repartir. Plusieurs terrasses (exterieur au dessus de la piscine, devant la maison face piscine, à l etage sur le côté). Très agréable. Bien positionnée géographiquement, pas loin des gorges, vallon pont d arc...

Schön, aber leider ungepflegt

Das Anwesen befindet sich in wunderschöner Umgebung, im Dorf Bidon, gegenüber eines witzigen Restaurants. Leider hat sich die Verwalterin nicht allzu viel Mühe gegeben, so war das Anwesen ziemlich vernachlässigt, wir haben zunächst im Haus die Spinnweben entfernt, die sehr schöne große Terasse gereinigt und in den Außenanlagen altes Laub entfernt. Leider zeigte sich dieser Gesamteindruck auch im Zustand des Pools, den wir daher 4 Tage nicht nutzen konnten. Der Annex ist wirklich sehr niedrig, im Schlafzimmer, das ohne Fenster ist, und in dem nur mit einem Vorhang abgetrennten Bad beträgt die Deckenhöhe an höchster Stelle des Gewölbes max. 1, 70 m. Die Küchenaussstattung war neu, alles ausreichend, von IKEA. Leider verträgt das Sicherungsnetz nicht die volle Nutzung des schönen Induktionsherdes.

trés agréable semaine

-maison très agréable à vivre pour 2 couples, et un chien (jardin bien clos) -bien préciser sur votre site qu'il y a un lave -linge,évitera aux futurs locataires d'emmener trop de vêtements! -bruit de la route un peu gênant en fin de journée avec les remontées des canôes -manque un peu d' entretien général de la maison et du jardin pour que ce soit parfait!
