The beautiful wooden house is located near the water. The natural plot is large and open and the terrace is protected from the wind. In the cozy house you will find wood clad walls and ceilings. Nearby is the fishing lake Spodsbjerg Lystfiskersø. A house for anglers, because an outdoor filleting place and a large freezer are available. The interior is cozy. There is a windbreak wall on the large, partly covered terrace. In Spodsbjerg, 1.8 km away, you will learn that the town already served as a ferry port between Lolland and Langeland in the Middle Ages. In Spodsbjerg you can shop for groceries, play mini golf and have an ice cream. The Longelse Bondegårdsskov along the east coast is state-owned, is a nature reserve, it has not been farmed since 1980 and presents itself untouched.
