Inside, the large and beautiful bathroom with spa and sauna offers extra comfort and the possibility for cozy wellness evenings. The house is surrounded by several terraces, some of which are covered, so you can enjoy the long, bright evenings in full in the comfortable garden furniture.

The property is a secluded corner lot with a large lawn and toys, surrounded by dense vegetation. The beach is very child-friendly and the area invites many types of activities. Take bike or car rides in the beautiful nature or go on excursions in the immediate vicinity, for example to Legoland, Kolding or Skamlingsbanken.

Solides Haus mit Verbesserungspotential

Die Lage des Hauses in einer großen Ferienhaus Siedlung ist etwas ländlich aber nicht abgelegen. Die Größe ist wirklich komfortabel, allerdings bräuchte die Ausstattung mal eine Erneuerung.
