In the small and quiet village Mrgani, which is located above Limska draga, awaits you the beautiful property from 1800. Renovated in 2012, it welcomes you with two units, two houses on the common property. In the bigger house there are living room, kitchen and 5 bedrooms with bathrooms while in the smaller house there are 2 bedrooms with a bathroom on the 1st floor and a recreation room on the first floor. The property is surrounded by a high wall and attracts on warm summer days with a wonderful refreshing pool. The covered terrace allows you to watch your children playing, and you can also enjoy your vacation reading. There is also a playground for the little ones. The proximity to the towns of Rovinj and Pore?, which you can reach in a few minutes by car, makes the house an excellent vacation base. You are in fact at a sufficient distance from the city hustle and bustle and mass tourism. Nearby you will find the ruins of the medieval town of Dvigrad, which was ravaged several times by the plague and where, according to legend, the pirate Henry Morgan, fleeing from the British fleet, hid his most valuable treasure, which he had collected in Central America.
