About this property

This comfortable luxury villa is located in the relatively newly established vacation complex Buitengoed Het Lageveld. One of the bedrooms has a TV. You are here in a beautiful, wooded area in the neighborhood of Enschede and not far from Twente. Across the park is a swimming lake (36 ha) with sandy beach, areas for swimmers and non-swimmers and various equipment for your children to play. So this park is a swimming and leisure paradise during the summer months. The resort has many services to offer: Bike rental, and some activities for children during school vacations. For rent at the reception on request: Crib, high chair and towels.

At the entrance of the park is a double electric charging station, which you can use with your charging card. Buitengoed het Lageveld is a spacious family park where you can spend a relaxing time with your family. Not suitable for youth groups. The reception also offers the following services, among others: B & B of the manager couple.

Excursion possibilities: Adventure Park Hellendoorn (10 km), Ponypark Slagharen (34 km), Deventer (40 km) and Enschede (40 km). Visit also the indoor swimming pool in Wierden, with sauna, whirlpool and Turkish steam bath. Near the park you will find a golf course and a pitch & putt mini golf course. There are also good restaurants nearby where you can enjoy regional and seasonal delicacies. Wierde is a beautiful village with friendly and hospitable people and the restaurant 'De Oale Marckt', where among other things the famous rolls 'Buitengoed' are served! For lovers of big cities there are several places nearby where you can shop, visit museums or have something to eat in sitting gardens. For stays longer than a week, the bed linen is changed weekly (cost per week).

Matig onderhouden vakantiewoning

Huisje liet qua hygiëne te wensen over en staat van inventaris was slecht o.a: koelkast, douche, vaatwasser, verlichting. Verder snap ik niet dat wij een Duitse beoordeling moeten invullen voor een huisje in Nederland en wij zijn zelf ook Nederlandstaligen

Schlecht

Das war das schlechteste Servic. Wir sind angekommen aber haben wir uns nicht wirklich wohl gefühlt. 1. es war keine WC Papier 2. Bettwäsche müssten wir selbst decken 3. jede Ecke sind spinnen Netz 4. Küche war nicht sauber 5. Reinigung Geld würde kassiert aber trotzdem sollten wir Mühl selbst entsorgen und geschierspüller entlehnen. Wo für ist die Reinigung Geld überhaupt und von kauoiton Geld würde uns 25€ kassiert das finde ich sehr schlecht und werde Ihn nicht mehr weiter empfehlen.

Das Ferienhaus könnte sehr schön sein, wenn es besser gepflegt wird.

Das gesamte Ferienhaus war sehr verdreckt: Spinnenweben (bspw. an den Lampen und Handgriffen), Dreck an den Wänden, klebriger Handlauf, dreckige Bettwäsche (Haare und Flecken), Besteck mit Essensresten in der Schublade, dreckiges Besteck in der Spülmaschine, dreckiges Besteck in den Schränken, dreckiger Kühlschrank und Ofen, dreckige Schubladen und Schränke, dreckige Rückstände in der Waschmaschine, vergammmelte Rollläden im Badezimmer, zugestaubter Abzug im 2. Badezimmer und verdreckte Dusche. Dazu waren noch einige Dinge defekt: Besteckkorb, Fach für Taps in der Spülmaschine, Schiene im Ofen, Handgriff am Gefrierfach, loser Teppich auf der Treppe, Schubläden, fehlender Brandmelder im 1. OG.
