This beautiful stone holiday home dates back to the year 1000AD and is situated in the hamlet of Borgio Verezzi, close to the Finale Ligure. Borgio Verezzi is a charming 15th Century village, which enjoys great views overlooking the coast of the Ligurian Riviera.

This unique and spectacular three bedroom holiday home has been wonderfully furnished with great care and attention to detail and boasts not one but three gorgeous terraces which enjoy fantastic views over the roof tops of the village as well as the sea and the captivating island of Corsica beyond.

The third floor terrace houses a Jacuzzi for up to four people which can be heated from the end of September to the beginning of May! The exclusive beach of Alassio is just 3 km away and a number of other wonderful beaches along the Ligurian Riviera are within easy reach during your stay in this one of a kind property!

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to two pets are allowed.

Sehr imposante Wohnung Antiquitäten und liebevoll ausgesuchten Details, aber nie mehr wieder.
Trotz einer Stunde vor Ankunft telefonischer Information, war niemand bei der Ankunft vorhanden. Nachdem wir etwas verloren in Borgio herumliefen, reklamierten wir mit einem erneuten Anruf. 10 Minuten später kam dann eine Dame und erklärte uns das auf 5 Ebenen gebaute Haus in 5 Minuten und war wieder verschwunden. Es wurde uns so gut wie nichts erklärt. Ergebnis war, dass wir den Fernseher mit Sky und Bose Verknüpfung nicht zum laufen brachten. Es wurde uns auch nicht die Gefahr der vielen, kaum sichtbaren, Treppen erklärt. Ergebnis war dass ich zuerst über unsichtbare Stufen stürzte, später dann meine Frau und noch später der Sohn , Das Haus bewegt sich auf 5 verschiedenen Ebenen und ist für Kinder (bis 5 Jahre) und ältere Senioren total ungeeignet sogar gefährlich. Die Küche ist auf der ersten unteren Ebene, ohne Ausgang ins Freie. Das heißt man muss innen Essen, Getränke usw. über 5 Treppen hochschleppen. Oben auf dem Dach gibt es eine wunderbare Terrasse mit einem kleinen, (milchig und voller Dreck) sehr ungepflegten Whirlpool, der auf den Fotos aussieht wie ein Pool. Auch ist hier eine weitere Küche untergebracht. Diese war so versifft dass wir sie nicht nutzten. Der Grill (ein sehr teurer WEBER Gas Grill) war dermaßen verdreckt und klebrig, dass er unbenutzbar war. Das alte Fett stank bestialisch. Damit war das Abend Essen und Frühstück im Freien, was uns im Urlaub sehr wichtig ist, unmöglich. Die Bäder sind (waren) von der Substanz, sehr teuer und hochwertig .Leider war auch hier der Pflegezustand katastrophal. Wasser im Waschbecken lief nicht ab und die Füße der Sanitäranlagen waren zum Teil abmontiert. Die Müllbehälter in der oberen Küche waren nicht geleert und wir wussten auch nicht wo diese entsorgt werden konnten. Eine in Italien vorgeschriebene Mülltrennung war nicht möglich. Die fehlenden Fliegengitter bescherten uns eine Amada von Stechmücken, jede Nacht. Fliegengitter sind in dieser Region ein MUSS. Die Erstinformation bei Übergabe ist so schlecht, dass wir unser Auto auf einen Anwohnerparkplatz stellten und am anderen Morgen mit abgebrochen Scheibenwischer wiederfanden. Trotz der schönen Bilder und der wervoll gebauten Wohnung, erfüllte diese in keiner Hinsicht unsere Wünsche. Das liegt aber zum größten Teil an der mangelhaften Pflege und Sauberkeit.
