Situated on the outskirts of the village, the former farmhouse with its large, airy rooms offers a wonderful base for your vacation. Inside you will see exposed ceiling beams and natural stone walls. The surrounding area consists of agricultural land, vineyards. In the garden itself you have shrubs, mature trees and wonderful shade. Cozes is 9 minutes away by car, in the village you will find stores, restaurants and riding horses for rent. The public pool and a tennis court are located in Gémozac. One bedroom with low ceiling. Open staircase to the 1st floor, where you can access the roof terrace from the bedroom.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Outdoor private pool on site is open mid June - mid Sept..

Un agréable séjour en Charentes
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille dans cette propriété. L'extérieur est très bien entretenu et la propriété bordée de vignes offre un panorama magnifique ! La région est riche en promenades et visites possibles :) Un ménage plus soigné, du linge de maison (serviettes de bain) de meilleure qualité et un nettoyage de la piscine au cours du séjour apporterait un réel plus pour cette location de qualité.
