Situated at the top of Historic Hill, this property was the perfect location for us. We love to walk and are within walking distance of the harbor, the cliff walk, and the many great restaurants on Broadway..

Beautiful Condo, Exceptional Location

My husband and I stayed in this fantastic unit during the month of August. The condo is located in an historic building that is perfectly maintained. The unit itself is quite large, beautifully decorated with a Victorian flair, extremely clean, with all the amenities of home. Great bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, washer-dryer in building, comfortable living room with nice flatscreen television and great Bose sound system. The location is wonderful: easy walking distance to Easton's Beach, downtown and Cliff Walk. We walked everywhere, and just parked our car in the space provided with the unit, and left it! It is also quiet at night. Even during one of the busiest weekends of the year---Labor Day weekend---the estate remained peaceful. The property owners were exceptionally gracious and understanding, and provided everything we needed. This is a quality rental, ideal for a single person or a couple looking for a quiet place in the heart of Newport.

Stylish, comfortable, walking distance to downtown

Stylish, well-appointed and quiet landing pad, walking distance from much of Newport's attractions. Everything we needed was in the room -- including wine opener and ironing board! The owners could not be nicer and more accommodating. We appreciated the beverages and fresh strawberries that greeted us when we got to the room. Highly recommend these accommodations.

Fantastic spacious apartment

We loved staying here and will 100% stay again next time we're in Newport. This apartment is the third floor of a beautiful home in a quiet residential neighborhood, but easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, etc. We loved going to Hungry Monkey for breakfast. You can also walk down to Thames and the Wharf, but it's a little further.

The apartment is very elegant but also very comfortable. We loved our stay there and will be back!

It was a lovely place and perfect location!

I was staying here while going to SWOS. Base is only a 10-15 minute drive and downtown is walking distance. Enjoyed staying here and the owners were very friendly and accommodating.

Great location and a beautiful space

We had a lovely stay on Kay Street. It was a very spacious and comfortable unit. We were able to walk to Thames, Cliff Walk, and a variety of other places. The location was great and Ubers cost less than $10 to get to anywhere when we didn't want to walk.

We arrived on Friday after a torturous drive through terrible weather and were warmly greeted by Donna. She was so sweet and had some snacks waiting for us in the unit. After giving us a tour she brought up some wine and my husband and I were able to unwind and relax the rest of weekend.

Donna and Robert went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.
