Patio comes complete with refrigerator, sink, microwave, bar, small table & chairs, swamp cooler, mister system, TV, stereo system all enclosed by rock wall, trees and plants. Just down the street is your private beach, docks, boat docks and launching ramp.
Home is right around the corner from golf course and floating bar restaurant. Approx. 7 miles down river to casino which is accessible by boat or car. Great boating, water skiing, wake boarding and fishing. Just 25 min to London Bridge & Lake Havasu.

Best Location

We wanted a place close by to Pirate's Den for the Drag Boat Races. We took our Ranger to dart around in and our boat which can be launched at the private marina right across the street. There were also docks that we could leave our boat in overnight. It was an adorable little place and we sat outside in the bar area which was awesome in the October weather.
