On the hilly property grow an old, gnarled coniferous tree and beach roses, which smell wonderful in spring and early summer. All the vegetation creates a wonderful playground for your children to play hide and seek and more. It is also wonderful to hear the wind rustling in the conifer. Sometimes even deer come into the garden. Here you can find energy for everyday life again. On the property is a carport, from which a paved staircase leads to the house. Possibility to charge an electric car (16a CEE plug).
Within walking distance is the harbor with stores and restaurants. From Havneby ferries depart daily to Sylt. In Havneby is the 18-hole golf course Rømø Golf.
