A great quality house in the beautiful area of Sønderho. An architect has designed it is energy friendly with among other things floor heat and a large furnace. The beautiful glass sections and skylights give a beautiful light in the house, which is thought out in every detail. It is beautifully furnished. The bedrooms are divided between the respective ends of the house, as well as the 2 beautiful bathrooms. In addition, the house has an incredibly nice entrance area with space for jackets, etc. and an inviting kitchen, which is openly connected to the living room. Here is a nice dining area with direct exit via sliding doors to the west-facing terrace, where the family can enjoy the beautiful summer evenings together.
