You reach the apartment through an independent entrance from a small private garden equipped with table, chairs and private barbecue. Covered parking space.

There is a large panoramic pool area with solarium and children's play area shared with ITA204-205-206, ITA728. Fenced and well-maintained land. The owners provide you on site with local products such as wine and olive oil.

You will have a wonderful view over the Valdarno and Chianti mountains - ideal for excursions on foot or with mountain bikes in Pratomagno. Take beautiful bike rides along the old Setteponti road that leads to Arezzo and Florence, or visit the Chianti region and the art cities of Arezzo, Siena and Florence.
