TV, fireplace including firewood and pool table. Geothermal heating. The kitchen is very well equipped, connected to it is a dining area for 14 people and the living room. The garden of about 5000 m² is good for barbecue and play and is equipped with playground equipment, trampoline, sunbeds, space for five cars. 20 m to the neighboring house S05020. The house is located in an area rich in lakes, with nature just outside the door. Here you can fish well - in the lake Sommen, in winter as in summer - and collect mushrooms. The lake has 325 islands. Astrid Lindgren's Värld is a good place for a day trip. The ski resort Asby Alpina is 32 km away, there is among other things a snowboardland. Boats, motorboat and canoes can be rented in Tranås at Sommen, if available.
