The pool (max. depth 2.20 m) is shared with the owners. Bright living / dining room, kitchenette (oven, freezer), 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower. Furnishings of medium comfort. Distances: 900 m grocery store and bus stop, 6 km Tuoro (stores of all kinds), 10 km Lake Trasimeno, 20 km the Etruscan town of Cortona, 30 km Perugia (18-hole golf course), 35 km Arezzo, 89 km Siena.

Schnuckeliges Häuschen für zwei!

Sehr schönes Holzhäuschen mit toller Aussicht über den See und die Ebene. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ca. 4km über Tuoro. Ein Restaurant in ca. 10min Fussweg, ansonsten sehr ruhige Umgebung. Sehr schön, jederzeit wieder!
