The Sea Ranch has tens of miles of ocean bluff trails, meadow trails, and hill-side hiking trails. The internal road system is ideal for the recreational, occasional biker; the nearby public highways offer challenges for road bikers, and the Sea Ranch hill-side trails are challenging for mountain bikers -- just bring your bikes.
Bella Vista has a 3kW solar photovoltaic energy system that is entirely integrated to the regular electric grid system and will remain unnoticed by the renter. Space heating is by optimal passive heating and a conventional gas central heating system.
