Leider enttäuschend

Positiv ist zu sagen,dass wir vor unserer Reise sehr nett mit der Vermieterin telefoniert haben und Sie unsere Fragen beantwortet hat. Außerdem hat Sie freundlicherweise den Transfer vom Flughafen mit dem Taxi für uns organisiert. Leider waren wir dann vor Ort sehr enttäuscht.Wir haben uns für dieses Haus entschieden,weil es einen schönen großen Garten hat.Leider teilte uns die Vermieterin aber mit,dass es sich um einen Zierrasen handelt,der nicht betreten werden darf !!! Im Haus selber war es sauber,aber es gab in der Küche ,beiden Bädern und im Schlafzimmer überall Ameisen.Im Bad hatten wir einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch.Darauf angesprochen hieß es nur,dass ist in Dubrovnik nun mal so! Negativ aufgefallen ist auch ,dass die Vermieterin uns gegenüber meinte, dass Vermieten der Wohnung sei Ihr lästig.Den Grill und die Waschmaschine darf man zwar benutzten,aber wir hatten das Gefühl,das Sie dass nicht so gerne hat. Auch geht aus dem Angebot nicht eindeutig hervor,dass die Vermieterin im unteren Teil des Hauses wohnt.Dort befinden sich auch die abgebildeten schönen Terrassenmöbel. Die für die Terrasse der Ferienwohnung sind eher abgewohnt und wackelig.Wir würden die Wohnung nicht noch einmal buchen.
