Thatched idyll on a beautiful, heath-covered property in a quiet environment.
All rooms of the dignified and pretty house are equipped with beautiful marble clinker floors and underfloor heating. The large living room has an open roof design and the west-facing gable section provides fantastic light. From the open sleeping lofts, which are partly furnished as bedrooms and partly as TV/game rooms, you have a view over the living room and towards the west. There is also a jacuzzi and sauna where you can completely relax. The outdoor area also invites you to activities during the vacations, including barbecues with your friends and family.
Rømø is surrounded by the roaring North Sea and the wide, flat Wadden Sea and offers fascinating natural areas. During a walk to the harbor you can take a look at the fishing boats or watch the Sylt ferry coming and going. For centuries, Rømø has captivated people. First it was the fishermen and then the wealthy whaler captains, whose pretty and lovingly restored thatched houses are still admired by visitors to the island. Thanks to the unique nature and the enormous expanses of this island with the widest and finest sandy beaches in Europe, you can still find a quiet place all to yourself.
