About this property

This authentically renovated house is located in a beautiful location on the island of Rab. The part of the village where the house is located is quiet and peaceful. From the house you have a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the town of Rab. In the garden in front and behind the house children can play wonderfully and you can relax on the sun loungers. Here is also the pool in which you can refresh yourself on hot days. The house consists of two floors, which are connected by internal stairs. On the second floor you will find the bedrooms and the big bathroom, on the first floor there is the kitchen, the dining room and another bathroom. On the beautiful terrace behind the house you can read a book or play cards in the shade. In the town of Rab you will find many restaurants, shopping and galleries. You can also visit the beautiful beach in Sv. Eufemija bay. The nice landlord lives nearby in a separate house and will be happy to welcome you with a welcome drink.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Outdoor private pool on site is open May - end September.

Wunderschön, toller Ausblick, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen...der Ausblick auf das Meer und die Altstadt...einfach super...die Gastgeber wohnen gleich im Nebenhaus und haben sich regelmäßig auf zurückhaltende Art und Weise um unseren Pool gekümmert...es war alles vorhanden und sehr sauber und schön...sehr zu Empfehlen!
