This beautiful vacation home offers you luxurious ambience on a spacious estate. The beautiful stone villa is ideal for the stay of 7 people. The modern interior is decorated in a traditional style. The lowest ceiling height in the attic is 120 cm. In the spacious lounge you can enjoy a variety of sports - use the fitness equipment or play a round of billiards or darts. Here you can also prepare local specialties on the grill and then enjoy them together at the large dining table. Also take advantage of the additional offer in the wine fridge, which can be used according to the system of a minibar. Of course, a large TV is also available here. From this room you can reach a small typical 'konoba' in the basement, where historical objects from the area are exhibited. In the outdoor area you can use table tennis, a bocce court, swing, seesaw, slide and sandbox. The nearby town of Zadar is a great place for an excursion. In the vicinity of Zadar there are five national parks: Krka National Park, Paklenica National Park, Northern Velebit National Park, Kornati National Park and Plitvice Lakes National Park. Adventurers and nature lovers will get their money's worth here. No matter if you are planning an active vacation or just want to relax and get away from it all: Here you will find the perfect setting for your vacation.
This stone holiday home for 7 persons is situated on 2000 sq.m. plot. From outside, the house is constructed in line with traditional stone architecture, while the interiors, although also in traditional spirit, are fully adjusted to the modern way of life. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and two of them have TVs. The lowest ceiling height in the attic is 120 cm. The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary appliances. In the living area, except for fitness equipment, there is a fireplace for barbequing, a large table for eating together, big screen TV, pool table, darts and a cooling cabinet with wines, which can be consumed in the mini-bar system. From this space, there is an entrance to a small tavern in the basement, where historical items of this region are exhibited. On one of the terraces, there is table tennis and in the olive grove by the house you can find boules, swing, seesaw, slide and sandpit for children. Lisicic is a small picturesque place, the inhabitants of which specialize in farming, enology as well as traditional stone mining and carving. The closest beach is situated in Karin Donji. Not far away there are remnants of the large liburnian-roman settlement Asserie with unique monuments. The items found in this area are exhibited in the Regional Museum in Benkovac. We recommend visiting the citadel Benkovic, some of the old churches and the neighbouring places which have kept the traditional architecture and lifestyle. The town of Zadar, except for its rich cultural and historical heritage, offers plenty of events and wide culinary offer. We recommend excursions to the national and nature parks: Paklenica, Krka, Plitvicka jezera, Kornati and Vransko lake.
