Durch die Lage des Ferienhauses sind die Sehenswürdigkeiten im Norden der Insel in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Der Garten, der Blick aufs Meer und auf den Teide sind fantastisch. Leider war eines der beiden Bäder aufgrund eines üblen Geruchs nicht benutzbar. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher haben die beste Zeit hinter sich. Der Pool ist zwar schön, aber in den Wintermonaten nicht benutzbar, da er nicht beheizt ist. Die Stromkosten für die Umwälzpumpe werden jedoch an den Mieter weitergereicht.

Sehr gute Wohnlage, gepflegt, gute EinrichtungSehr kompetente Hausverwalterin (ist auch ausgebildete Masseurin und kommt ins Haus!) Reisetipps: 1) Ausflüge: in die Bergregionen Teide, Anaga, Teno (zum Schauen und ggf. Wandern)2) Restaurants: überall,Tipps überflüssig, meist vgl. preiswert3) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: auch überall, Wein kann preiswerter im Supermercado als in Bodega gekauft werden, sehr gute + reife Früchte

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr zu emp...
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Ausstattung / Einrichtung (neues TV–Gerät) ist wohnlich und komplett. Pool, Ausblick auf den Teide und Grundstück sehr schön. Sehr positiv die große Markise auf der Terrasse und Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. Gute Verkehrsanbindung an die Autobahn (< 5 min.) und trotzdem absolut ruhig, da das Haus in Hanglage und in einer Sackgasse liegt. Wir waren 3 Wochen dort und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Reisetipps: Ausflüge: Teide Nationalpark, Loro Parque, Anaga, Chinamada, Vilaflor, Candelaria ( Basilika). Einkaufen HiperDino Tacoronte, Calle V Centenario (Fahrzeit ca.10 min. über Autobahn, sehr gut sortiert, bessere Parkmöglichkeiten, auch Sonntags geöffnet) oder in La Matanza
