This wonderful home in the quaint seaside town of Capitola will remind you of being in a small village in Italy. Brand new Queen bed in one bedroom and a super comfortable double in the 2nd bedroom. Brand new Murphy bed in the living room sleeps two.

It has its own boat dock with your own (2)kayaks and a Canoe to use at your leisure. Or you can Kick on the deck and look out onto the beautiful Soquel Creek and observe nature.

Wander down to the beach and enjoy the surf and the sun.

BBQ on the deck and watch the ducks meander by as you sip a glass of wine from one of the local wineries. Or just relax and read your favorite book on the privacy of your own deck.

The lush green surroundings are breathtaking. If you feel the desire for shopping or dining out, the downtown and Esplanade are only a two-minute river walk away.

Enjoy the food and entertainment at the world-famous Shadow Brooke Restaurant!

Beautiful location!!

This was such a darling property, right on the beautiful Capitola river, with the beauty of the birds and the ducks. A minutes walk brings you right into downtown and the seashore. It’s clean, updated and we spent many hours on the deck playing chess overlooking the water, what a special experience!!!

Another Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay for the third time and hope to return again! We love the proximity to the beach, downtown Capitola and it's right on the river. We enjoyed a relaxing weekend and love that our dog is welcome. Thanks again!

Dreamy peaceful location

We loved our stay at a Slice of Paradise! The location can not be beat as is it is an easy walk to all the hustle and bustle of downtown Capitola, but the house is so quiet and peaceful. The river location is so wonderful and the outside deck is a great place to sit back and enjoy a glass of wine, or a cup of coffee. The beds were comfy, the house was clean; we would definitely stay here again.
